Sometimes, buying a car can be stressful. My experience with Sandal Mini Huddersfield was exactly the opposite! With advice from Angela, from the sales team, I found my perfect car on the forecourt and took it for a test drive. The sale was then led by Angela who was both extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. I was able to drive my new car away a couple of days later. No stress involved!

I found all the staff really helpful and they did bot pressure me in to buying anything I was not sure about or did not need. They showed me all the new features of the car before I left which was very helpful.

In the past we have bought Approved Used mini's and dealt with many different mini dealers. This last time after a couple of bad experiences, our expectations were low. What we weren’t expecting was Sandal Mini being by far the best mini dealer we've dealt with. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sandal. A big thank you has to go to Alex Walton in particular for making the whole experience a pleasure. She was incredibly courteous and professional. She gave us time and space to consider our purchase, not putting us under pressure to buy. Sandal Mini provide customer service that is head and shoulders above the bigger dealers and I won’t hesitate to buy my next car from them, but not just yet as I love this car!

Connor was really helpful, when I was making a decision on which electric car to choose. He made sure that I was able to test drive both the E and se so I could see which I preferred, he explained the differences and ensured that he kept contact me from initial meeting to purchase.

I recently purchased my 2022 MINI Hatch JCW from Sandal. This was a long distance purchase as I live in Belfast and the car was in Huddersfield. Alex went the extra mile for me as he appreciated that I had to travel for my purchase. I was sent a very clear video outlining all aspects of the car and he also made sure that finance was sorted without delay so that I could leave on time for my ferry home. Alex kept me updated at every stage of the purchase and has followed up with me to make sure I’m completely happy with my new purchase. They made the buying process very simple and stress free. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Fran was so helpful and funny, I genuinely had a lovely time buying my new car. From ringing up to driving the car out of the lot, the whole experience was friendly, patient and compassionate. The process is really straightforward and well organised, people go out of their way to be helpful and are aware it is a big decision.

What a great experience. Dec was knowledgeable about all the different Mini’s. He matched my needs to the best vehicle for me, taking into account budget and what I need a car for and the sort of driving I’d be doing, urban/ rural.
Dec worked really hard to ensure all my requests and requirements were met.
The pick up day was very exciting and Dec was there to welcome me. We did a check of the vehicle to ensure it was what I expected. Then Dec sat with me and talked me through all the tech, in car as well as the Mini app, that was available. Getting me set up so the Mini was to my specifications. What a marvellous experience with Dec at Sandal Mini Huddersfield.
Apart from Dec’s wonderful service. There was a warm greeting from reception staff and plenty of refreshments on offer. I certainly enjoyed the drinks and biscuits on offer.
I also met Ange and truly nothing was too much trouble for Dec and Ange. Any problems or questions just to give them a call. Such great reassurance that I can call and ask questions as I need to, that’s great after sales service. Would highly recommend Sandal Mini Huddersfield.

This was the best garage for customer service after going round many garages prior to Sandal and having very poor customer service. They were polite, offered a drink and were quick to offer help and support. An overall great experience!
