Obtaining the complimentary 7 day insurance, just didn’t exist for this car and no good reason was given for the lack of service or for the misleading offer!

Great experience with great team and products
If I could give more stars I would go for unlimited stars. Guildford 's team is fantastic, very professional, kind and gentle approach. With the new purchases I receive full introduction and explanation of product. I would highly recommend them.

A Professional & Friendly Service
From my first visit to discuss my requirements for a new car to the final handover, Harrison was thoroughly helpful & engaging. Everything - answers to my questions, paperwork, a useful discussion about various finance options and so on - was clearly and professionally accomplished. The car and its condition were as described and very much what I was looking for. A most enjoyable & satisfying encounter overall. Highly recommended.

Nearly new purchase was stressful
Pressured to give significant deposit prior to even viewing car.
Car arrived with more mileage than advertised.( offered free tank of petrol in lieu of … for an electric car !)
Pressured to buy insurances.
Car arrived scratched.
Car arrived last minute.
Car had manual missing .
Car had tyre fit kit missing .
Was given zero paperwork so could not check when dvla slip arrived saying I was not registered keeper.
After hours and phoning eventually got thru to dvla who informed me Mercedes Guildford had initially registered me online then unregistered me same day . I’m still waiting for v5c document more than two months after purchase .
Tyre fit kit eventually arrived after many ignored texts / emails but will expire in 6 weeks !! My texts now being ignored .
No apology or explanation of no v5c Mercedes Guildford could not care less about this long term Mercedes customer
I will never return to sandown Guildford !!

Ian was so helpful
Ian was so helpful. I had a small time limit to get a car and he pulled out all the stops to make sure the car was perfect and ready on time. I can’t recommend enough.

On way to buy another car until we visited Sandown Mercedes!
We had chosen another brand of car altogether and just popped in to Sandown Mercedes to check and we were blown away by the level of service, helpfulness & friendliness of the staff, their knowledge of the cars was superb, nothing was too much trouble, they simply couldn’t do enough for us, Khayam looked after us from the minute he welcomed us in to us leaving the superb showroom with our beautiful new Mercedes!

Fantastic Service from Ian at MB Guildford
Recently purchased a used Mercedes C Class AMG Line from MB Guildford. We dealt with Ian whom was fantastic throughout the process. We are delighted with the car and a couple of Mercedes caps for the kids which was a lovely touch. Would not hesitate in recommending MB Guildford and Ian in particular.
