I had many viewings before I found the property we bought - Many of those viewings were lead by Riz and Ali, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and gave the impression they wanted the best result for their customer (seller) as well as you the buyer.

After a lot of back and forth we negotiated a final price on the property we purchased, this was thanks to Riz, however the process would keep hitting road blocks as the seller changed his solicitors multiple times, which meant we had to submit paperwork each time, this delayed the process, Lesley finally recommended a solicitor to the seller and he stuck with them.

The Seller also had a breach with the council on the property, this took more than 3 months for the seller to try and resolve, Riz got this sorted in less than 24 hours!

The seller then had left the country without informing anyone, and Lesley chased, and pushed through to get the seller on the phone and get this resolved - I called her so many times, they recognised my mobile number when it came up.

My mortgage was expiring, which meant I would move onto a new rate, this would have been catastrophic for me with the increase of the bank of Englands base rate - if it wasn't for Riz and Lesley the sale would have fallen through for sure - I appreciate all the effort.

An honourable mention of Zaid, for allowing my parents to come and see one of the houses I viewed, I really did appreciate that!

Had a lease agreement for 3 years no issues whatsoever. Humza and team were great no missed payments over covid which was an unsure time… while property was empty again no missed payments… I will highly recommended Sandra Davidson I shopped around before letting to them competitive rent compared to other agents and no hidden charges or unexpected deductions. Selling my land seemed such a daunting prospect, but Lesley was so helpful specially chasing buyers solicitors & provide periodic feedback, and it really was a positive experience. We found all the staff at Sandra Davidson who were involved with the sale of our house to be excellent, very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with, especially Monty, Mohine and Lesley who looked after us through the whole process.

I choose a flat from sandra Davit estate agent. they told me to speak to their mortgage advisor. An mortgage advisor called and discussed with mortgage options. when I agreed that I would procede with their mortgage advisor, estate agent accepted my offer. both mortgage advisor and agent was calling me two times in a day to start mortgage process. I started and pay £400 pound. after one month I heard seller is missing and both mortgage advisor and sandra David was telling me to wait. After another month agent said I should look for another property. they even did not show me their any other property. I think it was trick of both agent and mortgage advisor to earn some cash. I loose £400. So, i will request everyone to be careful about this agent.
