I run a 56 plate Saab convertible. I had two major issues which my local garage would not touch. My drivers side window had failed and my drivers side seatbelt would not retract. I contacted Tony at Sarbkar and was met by a real can do attitude. He booked the car in and was brilliant at communicating. On the day of the work he texted me with pictures of the ongoing work. The work was completed in a day. The price was excellent. I have never had such good customer service from a garage, not even a main dealer. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Easy to book with the help of Dave. He took videos and pictures throughout the car having its service keeping me informed of everything along the way. They even gave my car a Hoover and gave me a free key ring. Tony was great and very polite. Would 100% use this garage again. Service was fantastic start to finish.

Took my Saab to a local garage for them to check over a small issue I had with the gearbox, only to be told that the repair was uneconomical and the car should be scrapped… called Tony, and within 24 hours, not only had he fixed the problem, but it only cost me £20 and it was done while I waited….. less then 15 minutes. An absolute gentleman to deal with and a truly master mechanic! Would 100% recommend.

At short notice I was given a slot to have my Volvo issues attended to and resolved at a nominal cost.
I’ve never had such prompt action from any other garage ever.
I would highly recommend this garage for the quality of communication and resolution when needed most.

I took my Saab 93 into Sarbkar ,I had an electrical fault and for a MOT.Tony quickly diagnosed the fault,completed the repair and carried out the MOT.
