Not able to track the package, but, it did arrive

I fell in love with this sweater on line and when I received it, it did not disappoint.
It is my new favorite piece of clothing.

I get compliments on my sweater and shirt all the time. The fit is perfect and looks great!

My order was missing a top and they kept insisting that my order was complete. After many back and forth emails, they said to contact the post office and local authorities however the package had no damage and was sealed. Also, they did not want to take one of the tops back that was not of good quality. They offered me a refund 1/3 of the original cost of the item. I spent alot of money with them and will never purchase from them again.

I have to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant to order because some places the quality just isn’t there or you get prints of the actual design and picture on the site but these sweaters are very nice and soft. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Shopping was good overall for online shopping since you never can tell about sizing. I bought a size XL based on some reviews and typically wear a L (however bought both a L & XL in different item here in a local store today so it just depends on the brand m). I really should have bought a XXL for the fit I would actually like for the two sweaters, but I can wear them open so it’s all good. Shipping was a whole lot longer than expected. DEFINITELY not made in South Carolina, as advertised. I live in Georgia and it took at least 2 weeks after they shipped it from china to get here. I lost track lol. Nicely made products though!!

Quality is great. Speed of receiving my was within 2 weeks.

Buyer Beware! This is a rip off! Saroze sent me merchandise that was nothing like what was advertised. The colors, pattern and quality were all significantly different and mildly resembled what I thought I was buying. I contacted them to return. They offered a small amount of refund to keep the products then offered me more the second time. When I refused, they said I had to mail it back to Dubai
at my cost. They require an authorization but failed to provide one. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them.

I love the sweater size is right on and so comfortable.

Soft , comfortable and looks great

It took over a month to receive my order. The brown sweater with the blue flowers is great! I love it. The two piece outfit with tan top and striped bottom is complete garbage. I have no words! Oh wait!! Yes I do. I’m trying to return it and they are making it very difficult. They offered me $13 and then $25 on this $63 item. I declined and now will have to pay for the return. They state on their website they have warehouses in the US. I’m starting to doubt that. My guess is that this is a Chinese company where the return costs more in postage than the garment is worth. We shall see. Avoid this company.

This seller says they are based out of South Carolina, but returns have to do to Dubai. What? Same experience as others, they haggle with you offering different prices to keep taking days to correspond in between. Then they give you an address in Dubai. Buyer beware these clothes are not what they appear. VERY this & the jackets buttons were completely different then pictured. Bait and switch!

Same exact experience as Donna. The items are fine but much smaller than the size chart. They are haggling with me on a return. They have not granted the return after 4 requests. Instead they offered me $18, then $34 and then $50. They said the shipping is too costly as it would need to go to Dubai but also said I need to cover shipping costs. TLDR: fine if it fits and you don’t need to return. Otherwise steer clear.
