Absolutely love sassy scents
It’s very rare I stick to a subscription but this one isn’t going anywhere. Everything smells divine and lasts so long and the wax melts can just be kept using over and over again.

I have a giant breed dog, and believe me, NOTHING has ever managed to get rid of his god-awful doggy smell! 😂 I’ve tried just about everything, but finding products that are safe for dogs and don’t irritate him has always been a struggle.

Well, not anymore! My home now smells AMAZING, and not just for five minutes like most products. The gorgeous scent lasts for most of the day! Even better, my dog isn’t itching or sneezing, which is a massive bonus!

I’m so impressed that I now have a subscription, and I’ve still made several extra purchases in between deliveries! 😂 Safe to say I’m a little bit addicted, and I have absolutely no regrets! ❤️

I placed an order on Sunday 18th, expecting standard Royal Mail updates by the Tuesday. When nothing arrived by Wednesday, I reached out to customer support four times to check on my parcel. Rather than giving me straight updates about stock availability, the communication repeatedly deflected the issue and blamed Royal Mail for the delay, despite the item actually being entirely out of stock and undispatched at the warehouse.

Due to a total lack of direct resolution and experiencing severe delay tactics over a 9-day period, I had no option but to escalate the transaction directly to PayPal. Upon reviewing the complete email history and the shifting accounts of where the stock was, PayPal immediately closed the claim and issued a full refund within five minutes. I rightfully refused delivery when the parcel eventually arrived late.
The company explicitly tried to stop me from contacting PayPal. Having dealt with their severe delay tactics before, I knew escalating it was my only choice.

Additionally, please look past the curated or frozen review images displayed on their storefront that claim a global "4.9 out of 7,000+ reviews"—their live Trustpilot score is actually lower at 4.7. Most importantly, protect your consumer rights by strictly using a secure payment method like PayPal so you are fully covered if your order goes unfulfilled.

Quick, easy ordering & the best smelling scents
The scents, whether its the melt, the powder or the spray, lasts a long time and is strong but not overwhelming. Would definitely recommend and will be reordering

Unique scents - some last longer than others but it’s good to try them all- I only use the wax melts and room sprays not the foaming soup as I have sensitive skin so can’t wash with anything even slightly scented.

I have two dogs, the multi purpose powder is great for carpets, down your sink, or in the food bin or general waste to make it smell amazing. The wax melts smell great too. Along with the fabric sprays smell great. You can then wash your hands with the whipped soap which smell amazing. Thanks I love getting my montly box.

I really like these products . The scent lasts quite awhile. I normally but fruit smelling candles so boxes are great for me as make me try a scent I would normally choose

Wax mets are very delicate smelling and scent doesn't last as long as some others, body soap my girls like and room spray is ok some smell amazing others not so much but that's personal preference and I have had a lot of duplicate if sent were stronger would be amazing.
