Excellent service. My IT skills are poor but with the help of a mate and rusty on the phone all done with ease and v happy with the outcome

I was sceptical about using anything other than the BMW uograde but Rusty asssured me that it was fine so I went ahead and purchased the upgrade on a usb. It took a while to upload but it all worked out well in the end. I now know where to go for my next Satnav upgrade. Highly recommended. BMW F31 2014

I’m so pleased with the product and service. I had an MMI box for carplay but it never worked right. Now I have bmw CarPlay.
I’m not very good with computers so roped the wife in plus it’s her laptop. Process is pretty simple.I had to ask a few question to set it up but reply’s from rusty was very quick. I would definitely recommend the service.

I´ve bought "2022 high dvd v32 custom" from this company and received just 2019 high DVD only with label 2022.
They did not reply to my complaints I think it is fraud.

Rusty provided me with 2024 map update for my 2012 BMW E92. It still had the original 2012 map. The update was easy with the concise step by step instructions and took around an hour to complete. Very happy with the result and highly recommended.

I purchased a lifetime map update for my 340i however I had a few slight issues installing it. Despite my many questions to Alistair he was patient and extremely helpful in his suggestions as to how to rectify my problem. I must add that none of the issues were anything to do with the product - it ended up being laptop related. Extremely highly recommended!

Easy and fuss free! I purchased at 4:50pm on a Saturday, and had the file and code a couple of hours later, which I think is a great service!
The instructions were easy to follow and clear, and I've now updated the maps in my F11 from 2016 to the latest 2024 maps.

Needed a satnav update for a 2012 BMW. Ordering was clear and straightforward. The usb arrived promptly, with clear instructions, with a code. Installation worked smoothly, taking about 45 minutes. Now have 2024 maps. Job done. Thanks.

Rusty sorted me a decade overdue update on my BMW 640GC. Lots of suppliers out there but where his services differed was his care and attention to support your upgrade/update in a way that suits you. Most suppliers just want to send you a code and leave you to struggle trying to download maps yourself. Which for me didn’t work as I don’t have my own machine and my business laptop couldn’t download anything. Rusty sorted everything onto a usb and posted it out promptly. His communications were excellent and he responded immediately. Everything worked. Very straightforward. No hassles.
