I prezzi sono ok però ...nell’ vostro sito non che una modella per vedere come si veste,le misure del modello ....per poter scegliere il mio SIZE .non c’è una buona descrizione del tessuto.devi aprire un altro Eshop per esempio NET A PORTER oppure LUISAVIAROMA per capire di che cosa si tratta ...e dopo se il suo e shop ha un miglior prezzo va bene ....IL SEARCH e’anche dificille non funziona bene .il peggiore sito che ho mai visto con capi firmati.mi dispiace!

Return is not free, and they charge one return fee for each item,
Refund is not free, but I had one order with several items, and when I wanted to return tow of them because they did not fit good, I had to pay for returns double the amount as they said they have to be returned in different stores, even if I had just one order and one package when they delivered. I payed twice the return, but the two items were packed in the same box in one shipping box, one return to them. I do not care if they have to forward one item in another store, this is not right, and it is not correct. This is why I never buy from them again.
Return is not free, and they charge one return fee for each item, so if you have more item you want to return you pay more delivery fees, even if you retine one package, but just because there are more items.
Because I cannot reply to your comment, I was charged 15+15 euro as return request was made by email and Francesco Arteconi requested me to pay the return fee twice the amount of shipping. Maybe things changed, this was in 2019. I also had another problem, I placed an order in 2020 as well, after two day I was informed that my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. After two weeks I contacted savait as my money were not unblocked, and I have waited for more than 3 weeks for the money to be unblocked.
I have proof of all I say, as I contacted you by email, and everything is written.
I can provide proof, but I have even told you the name of the person who charged me twice for 1 return.
I have sent you proof by email.
Order number is Order No 138172
Shipping was paid when ordered. You charged twice. I cannot post photos here to show the proof.

yes your right, if we don't provide a free return promo normally clients are charged with a return fee that is the same amount they have paid for the delivery as our policy states.
But is not true that we charge two different shipping fee, we always charge one shipping fee no matter how many item the client have bought.
So please advise us to customerservice@savait.com with your order number and we will look into your issue again.

We have refunded you the only amount fo the item less the return shipping fee (15€) as stated in our terms and conditions.
As regards the refund as stated in out policy we refund order within 15 business days, then it depends on your bank when the amount will be again at your disposal.

As Francesco wrote 15€ is for the delivery and 15€ for the return so we have charged you for only one shipping cost and we have refunded you the the whole amount of the item less the return shipping fee.
At the beginning you have paid 15€ for the delivery, as we have delivered the item to you we haven't refund this amount to you otherwise we would have offer you a free shipping right?
Then we have refunded the amount of the item and we charged on this refund the 15€ for return fee.
So at the end you have paid only one return shipping fee of 15€.

Di mettere l’altezza del tacco nella scarpa.
Per la lunghezza di una cinta ho dovuto chiamare al telefono e richiamare perché si sono dovuti informare.
Davvero sembra inserito tutto troppo in fretta.

Sito ben strutturato
Sito ben strutturato, ma lento nella consegna.
Ho dovuto mandare indietro un paio di scarpe perché strette , il ritiro è stato fatto dopo 15 giorni e varie chiamate .Per il reso si sono trattenuti 10€ cosa che non accade su altri siti online.
