I have lost confidence in this company
I have lost confidence in this company. They make great products. I already own a scaffold tower made by them.
I placed an order for a second tower and board. Agreed and confirmed a delivery date for a week later, to find out the day before that they had moved my delivery date to the following week. No phone call, just a no-reply email with tracking for the following week. What happened to my delivery slot?? This is not acceptable and certainly not the way to conduct business.
I have now cancelled the order and will look to hire/buy elsewhere.
I cannot recommend this company, which is a shame.

Easy to order a tower and great prices. Delivery was fairly quick and delivered by their own drivers who was professional and courteous. Tower is great quality and well built.

Great value scaffold tower
Great product at a reasonable price. Polite and helpful ordering by phone. Delivery could have been a bit quicker (3 weeks wait!). Delivery driver was efficient and did a great job keeping me informed of his delivery time.

Amazing customer experience
Demi Guirard has an amazing customer service. She advised and helped me choose the right tower and accessories with it. Hired tower was also delivered on time and picked up. Overall it was pleasure to do business with them and I will alway come back .

Lovely product
Lovely product - light weight, easy to assemble and manoeuvre. Delivered by the Lewis Access themselves by a driver knowledgeable about the product. Have used it confidently (I'm 96 kgs) for over a week.
