Its way too overpriced for what it is, not worth it.

Constant errors regarding Amazon fees. Regularly incorrect calculations.
Since the latest update, which makes the user interface terrible, the upload function has also been throttled to the maximum. To upload a list with 100k lines, I previously had to wait about 25 minutes. Since the update, the upload takes all night. You also can't cancel an upload to prioritise smaller lists. Support takes days to arrive. Pricing policy absolutely exaggerated compared to the competition. No added value compared to tools that cost less than half as much! A function with estimated sales or access to Amazon's own ‘Purchased x+ times last month’ option is also not available. Here the cow is simply milked to the end. Not recommended

Only customer service is by email, the worst.
No chat, no phone calls.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is worse than Amazon support, probably worse. Trying to get an answer from them is like pulling teeth. Save yourself a lot of grief and find an alternative, believe me. How this company is still operating I don't know. For the price you expect better. Avoid at all costs.

Constantly trying to get hold of staff to sort issue out

My cost is at 0% and price doesn't move I've tried it at 20% to test it and still don't move its terrible find an alternative software as this is shocking do not use!!!!

It use to be a acceptable software . Quit expensive but fast.
Now , from 7 days per week probably works only 3 or 4 . If you have something to work you need to wait cuz is not working and they try yo fix it.
Funny thing is , they are fixing for probably over 2 months now and is not working !!!?

Files, from 3 different suppliers, stock @ 0% for days.
And support barely reply messages and no reply emails at all.
I am considering to change to different software.

The support team works only part-time and is very very slow.

The product has a bug every month or so.

Very easy to use and can go through distributors lists faster! 100% recommend scan unlimited

I’ve been using this software for a little over a year and have to say that is an incredible tool to use when sourcing products.
One of the features I like the most is that I can play with the filters and select specific parameters/data I’ll like to view. Lastly, thanks to this software, I don’t have to spend hours when searching for products on an specific spreadsheet. Will definitely recommend.
