Scene+ is horrible I hate it.

I had accumulated $ 10.00 worth of points
I .tried to redeem them. Sobeys cashier asked if I had " registered" the card. No so I went through this procedure using the card no. And registered it at Sobeys website. I was shocked I then had ro re- register the card on the Scene website. I again went though the same " crap" only to have it tell me I would be mailed?? A new card?? So unable to use my $10 in points. Might as well take the card and throw it in the garbage. Actually this was WEEKS ago..and they never did mail me a new card. Totally useless program.
Dealing with Scene Travel is next to IMPOSSIBLE. I will never book through Scene Expedia, it has been the worst experience. Terrible customer service, no one seems to know what they are doing and no one is able to help. Once you book a flight, hotel or anything through scene Expedia, you are on your own. Also if you choose to pay extra for free seats or extra luggage, you will be denied when you try to choose these option through the flight carrier. We ended up having to cancel our flights and rebook directly with the airline and then apply points afterwards. That is the only way to book using points. I also had 2 cancelled flights and never received the refund of points. After spending quite literally hours on the phone with multiple agents, nothing was resolved.
It is the worst service I have experience the personnel hane no experience and are rude and impolite
Scene card is quite useless and I will be better off going to a different store. There is no comparison to airmiles which it replaced. I cannot access my account online . The website is fair to poor at best
and this card does me no advantages from shopping at Safeway . Safeway is now the last choice for groceries in my opinion.
I just would like to mention that in ontario sobeys or freshco does not accept scene+ points for wine or beer sales. That is fine but when you ask online AI generated answer is yes you can use it. Specially after scene+ narrowed the purchase opportunities, my question is why bother with it as if it is a big deal?
Tried to get missing points was near impossible. I phoned , chatted and emailed. I was owed 1,000 point from buying a gift card. No points showed up in my account. Customer service kept on saying the case is being escalated. I am tired of hearing rest assured from this co. I am not giving up!
This company will rip you off of points anytime they can. Watch out when they offer double points because you won’t get them. They’ll direct you to call the store you made the purchase at. The story you made the purchase that can’t do anything. It’s all scene being crooks. And they want me to get a credit card connected to them no effing way.
Had over 64000 points took over 2days to redeem digital card. Not acceptible. Horrible customer service, missing points jump thru hoops for 200pts. Just horrible, stay away much better ways to accumulate rewards
The worst points program on the planet, yet the tightest security. Too funny. Worthless. Dont bother as you wont be able to access your account unless you like 2 factor auth a few times to accomplish one query.
Redeemed scene + points for a gift card a week ago, still never received it (claims it will be sent over email within 48 hours). Contacted support who said they were having issues with their giftcard provider and have no updates or estimates of when it will be resolved. Scene + website has no announcement post whatsoever about this, so more people will redeem for giftcards and not receive them.
I tried to access my account and could not get past 2 step verification, because my phone no. has changed. I called and it went straight to survey. I just wanted a new card, because its worn out and does not scan very well. I also wanted to update my account.
The worst company to ever deal with missing 750 points. It’s been six months multiple phone calls still not resolved. Definitely not worth the headache dealing with this company stay away.
I have tried twice now to get my on line account accessed. First lady said all I needed was to find out my account balance and then she could unlock it, I was able to find this and called back today and that lady did not accept this. I have moved since I obtained my initial card and I know my profile is not up to date but can't get in to fix it and the call centre is no help at all. I am scrapping this card for good. Thanks for nothing Scene.
In 2023 I tried to do an online order through Swiss Chalet. The company cancelled the order, but not before they removed 2,000 points from my Scene+ card. I asked them to put these points back; they told me they would return them, but it would take time. If you call the restaurant they claim it's Scene card issue. Call Scene and they claim its the restaurant. Almost a year has passed, no one has returned these points. When you do online, you do not get a receipt; at least I did not get one! This is a Scene+ card; are they not responsible for their card? I am not impressed; once I use all the points, I will discard the Scene+ card for good. Tired of this runaround from these companies and there so called cards.
