The delivery of my venon 125 scooter was fast and packaged perfectly. The scooter is very easy to set up and instructions are pretty clear.
I've been using the scooter for last month and its fantastic.Recommended!

DO NOT BUY from this company.

we bought a bike from them around in may,later got stolen tried emailing direct bikes requesting parts,they’ve completely ignored us and slate you when you say anything negative on trust pilot its a disgrace all a big scam!

the only thing you’ve gone out of your way to do is ignore us all we want is the parts and you’ve failed to do so, how you can run a business like that i do not know, customer service is shocking and the way you speak to people when they have something to say about the organisational skills of your business is also poor

The delivery was prompt and the ninja scooter arrived in perfect condition. Every part of the scooter was well wrapped in foam to protect.
The scooter itself is fantastic and a joy to ride.

Absolutely amazing service throughout, I was looking for a maxi scooter. Chose their 125 venom model and selectef Saturday delivery. no problem, turned up 10am. Arrived in perfect condition.

I can honestly say I am delighted with the scooter. It has everything I could ever want. Ride is fantastic and very fast. Bonus to have keyless start and alarm.

Would 100% recommend them.

Quick and easy. Scooter came fully assembled, just had to get out of box. Customer service is really good which is very unusual nowadays. Have been using for 4 months now, very pleased with it.

I have now bought my second scooter from them. Arrived next day in immaculate condition.

I rode my first 50cc scooter from them over 10,000 miles and only sold because I wanted a 125cc.

After buying a python scooter I received a call from a lovely lady asking me what day I wanted delivery. I was so excited for my scooter to arrive. Sure enough it turned exactly as planned. They followed up emailed me asking if I wanted any assistance. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Very happy with everything. Great customer care which is so unusual nowadays. I’m very happy with my venom 125cc,I brought it at the end of January and it’s came 3 working days later and I was called around an hour before it arrived which was great as I was a work and was able to come back before it arrived ,it came unregistered which I was aware off before purchase because it explains why they are unregistered in the FAQ section of the website,2 days after it arrived the packet arrived explaining how to register the bike, it wasn’t easy doing the form but online you can find instructions on how to fill in the v55/4,I received the v5c about a mouth after redoing the form as I made a mistake the first time sending it off but the second time I did the form I emailed the company a few times asking for help and they responded within an hour and was very helpful so I highly recommend speaking to direct bikes if you have any questions because the DVLA will send it back if u make any mistakes,I’ve rode it a few times and I am very happy with it and have already been told a few times about how great the bike looks definitely recommend

I bought the bike Oct/Nov 2022 and I thought I had posted a review. that's why this is late going up.

First and foremost try getting a Chinese import moped fixed in the UK is hard to do. They do say they have 200 outlets ? I haven't used them as I could not get the bike to any of them if I had tried. saying that all the local scooter bike repair shops in my area would not touch my bike I tried all 3 places I could find so I fixed it myself in the end.

We had the moped 10 months and it had done 500 miles when it broke down, it was outside of warranty as customer services pointed out I should have serviced it after 300 miles or 6 months. it was mentioned in the T&Cs you get.

the free helmet/top box is small and mine didn't fit correctly with the attachment so we drilled our own holes. mine came with no instructions but I didn't really see the point in contacting customer services as I said I used my nowce and fitted it myself as best I could it was a solid fit so it just became a inconvenience in the end.

it does take an unspecified amount of time and effort to register and at additional costs as said on the website you will have to factor number plates, fixings etc. .......
if you try and insure a bike that is not DVLA registered or does not have certain insurance details i.e. has no number plate you cannot use the standard insurance routes of comparison websites you will have to ring direct and use the VIN number, it can be done but it costs more as you are limiting yourself to a few companies. you will also need to insure the bike first before registering with DVLA well at least that's what we had to do.
overall with all the little extras and hassles I am not sure it is any cheaper if it is it is marginal and potentially could be more time and effort.

Yes they are cheap yes delivery is fast and well packaged. with only a few additional fixing that most people can do with a spanner Allen key and some screws ie. Battery and mirrors.

(as a side note as I am writing this 2 years after we bought bike I had to change the battery after 12 months again this easy to source and do but a hassle once again)

the company direct bikes or scooter.com don't seem to be named as a manufacturer on the certificates that come with the bike but everything was in hand and all the paperwork needed to register it was there.

customer services needs to be a little better carrot gets you more that a stick.

I recently received my 125cc venom scooter and I was taken back at the size of it its not your normal scooter size it's alot bigger but in a good way I can't wait to get it on the road and let her loose.
Only issue i have is the fact I had to register the bike myself with the DVLA and it was a pain in the back side but its all done now and now just a waiting game .

Really knowledgeable and helpful. It's my first moped and they spend lots of time answering my questions. Even after delivery they assisted me.

Have bought a couple of mopeds from them over the years. My recent purchase was a 50cc ninja. They last a long time and are very reliable. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and exactly what I need!

The 50cc Panther Moped arrived in perfect condition. The delivery driver rang an hour before to let me know he was coming.

Moped itself comes in a large box. Took me around 5 minutes to unpack.

Started straight away with everything working well.

I really like this moped as it is easy to ride, nice clear digital display and really comfortable.

A very sound moped at a good price.
