Bought a container from Scotloo / Scotbox

The driver safely and efficiently delivered the new 1 trip container to my house.

From initial call, to viewing, to delivery it was seamless, I would highly recommend.

Aggressive driver.
After blocking me in on the road for 5 minutes (I was patient as not in a rush) the same lorry dangerously drove behind me when I was at the speed limit through a village.
Wouldn't use this company if the staff are this aggressive.

Called Scotloo to empty our Sceptic Tank. Polite and fast service arriving on time and their operative, Gary, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough!! Not in a desperate rush as with our previous company and made sure all was clean, emptied correctly and all the "back waste" was also cleared and all pipes were flowing freely into the tank. Absolutely excellent service and highly recommended!! Many Thanks!

I bought a used shipping container from Scotloo for my farm butchery, it needed some work but the price was outstanding and delivery next to nothing. When it arrived it had a new floor, was resprayed and looked as good as new. I then had a problem (my problem) getting it under the powerline, no problem, they came with a smaller lorry and moved it. Top professional team highly recommended

They keep adding costs and are more expensive than any other company. Awful customer care and blame the customer. Very aggressive administration who will go out of their way to make things difficult. Do not use them!!!

My first visit was cancelled on the day. The second visit decided he couldn't park safely to empty the tank, despite the fact that the tank was emptied by Scotloo previously. He needed help removing the sceptic tank cover and struggled to walk up our driveway. Not willing to try out a solution offered for parking and they were also not able to offer a jetting service. I was charged an £89 call out charge. Today G50 Waste Management did the job cheaper and with great attention to detail. They reversed up the lane and put the pipe over the small wall and reached the 20 m to the tank. The tank was emptied, pipes jettied and he even tidied up the overflow with a spade. Incredibly friendly service, and they invoice after doing the work. There customer service both on the phone and in person was like night and day compared with Scotloo. I have saved their number for next year.

Despite quite an awkward drive to negotiate,James the driver managed to reverse up our drive without touching the grass verge,Then he delivered a five star service emptying our septic tank this young chap is a true asset to Scotloo.
I really can’t fault the service from my initial contact with the young girl in the office to the emptying of aforementioned septic tank five star service all round.Thank you.

The service from start to finish and the price was first class. Definitely use them again.

Extremely efficient operation who empty my septic tank. Works like clockwork. The guy who comes to our house, Charlie, is a class act. A man who does things right.
