I was recommended Scott's Travel Management for my visa requirement and I have to say that the service was excellent. I dealt with Marc Millar who was brilliant, communication and information was super efficient. The team at the visa centre handled everything very expertly . I would highly recommend.

After leaving 2 messages and after sending 2 emails over a 2 week period I still heard nothing. Don't waste your time with Scott's Visas. Use a reliable and reputable Company instead.

The high level of customer service provided by Minder Nagra of Scott's was unparalleled. Following my initial inquiry he immediately called me back and guided me faultlessly through the process of getting a 5 year business visa for China. Having made one business trip to China previously this year, the visa company I used on that occasion had got me a single entry visa, having offered no advice or practical support with the application process. The process with Ross at Scott's from enquiry right through to receiving the passport back was very smooth and efficient; well worthwhile from a time and financial point of view. Even though I was only seeking information and not paying for services, Minder took the time to explain at length what I needed to do (and not do!) to arrange a Chinese tourist visa. He advised me with honesty and clarity, and gave some valuable resources that have helped with my application and reassured me about the process. If I ever need visa services in the future, I shall be giving Scott's a call.

They were not able to assist me due to processing backlogs at the visa centres. All the same, they took the time to answer my questions and give me alternative approaches that I could take.
