We love the suite we chose. The delivery team were great....nothing too much and done a good job putting it together

I was pleased wlth the service I was given wasn’t pushy but there when I needed help . Told me all about the sofa and how it comes in different varieties and helpful with measurement .

I was greeted by James at the Cannock Store, who was lovely, and I told him what I was looking for.
I visited the Store three times, as I needed to take measurements to make sure the Sofa I had viewed would fit in my Lounge. On my third visit I ordered the Sofa. I didn’t like the price of Delivery, exorbitant.

Was greeted by Steven at the Cannock store, He was extremely helpful without being pushy, he helped us make the perfect choice for our room, giving good practical advice, I would not hesitate to visit again should we need another sofa, Designs are fantastic and the way the store and labelling is arranged made the process of making decisions very easy.

Lovely guys, and really efficient

Very helpful answered any questions we asked explained everything about the sofas in a good professional manner and a thank you to James who looked after us.

Arrived at the shop before it opened and staff welcomed us in. The lady that served us was really informative and helpful

Lovely team at the Cannock branch. We were given all the time we needed and the staff were very patient. I have to say 2 things really stand out. Firstly the store smells fantastic when you walk in, the staff seem really invested in the store and they're all smartly dressed. Secondly to be able to choose any of the fabrics or leathers on display for any piece of furniture was a real change from others where there us a limited choice for each sofa.

The delivery guys were fantastic rang me 15 mins before they got there, friendly well mannered, no damage to anything and asked me where I wanted everything, best delivery I’ve had

The initial sale process was 5 star but the actual delivery experience was not so good. When visiting the store the Salesman Nigel was very helpful and informative. There was no hard sell you were left alone after they explained how the store worked and there to assist when you were ready. The order was placed with ease and left satisfied. I received notification a week prior to delivery advising that delivery was booked. Night before delivery I received my delivery window then the morning I received the tracking link advising a smaller time frame. Unfortunately this was not updated during the day it wasn't until after the time went that the driver called to say he would be within the hour that the live tracking actually started working. The delivery was very rushed and unprofessional. Drives arrived in just tracksuits and trainers I would have expected for a order over £2000.00 that there would be some kind of uniform representing the customer. One driver was fine the other was clearly rushing and did not have much care. The sofas were unpackaged on the street they were caught on the gate being bought onto the property, the cable and battery pack was fitted tidy for 1 sofa but the other driver just plugged the wire left it tangled and messy and left it had to be tidied up. I also noticed there was a pull on 1 of the sofas not sure if done in manufacturing or by the drivers. Not the type of service I expected from a well know sofa company. Unfortunately the delivery experience spoilt the initial sales experience. The delivery was very unprofessional.

On time and quickly installed

Customer service from start to finish excellent.
Communication about delivery excellent.
Delivery on day excellent- no packaging left to dispose of .
All put together and checked .

Would Highly recommend from the experience we had - no delays - excellent communication about delivery .

We were greeted as soon we walked thro the door. But that's what salesman do isn't it? But this one was different and his name was called Nigel. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and made sure we were satisfied with what we
had paid for. We even bought another chair a couple of days later. All staff that we came into contact with were very polite and friendly. NO COMPLAINTS

Firstly the team at Cannock branch were very helpful.
The only issue for us was that we really needed a colour sample of the chosen leather as we decided to have a new carpet.
We were told this was not available, but thankfully the carpet retailers let us take samples. We did have to make several trips, so if a leather sample had been available it would have made it a lot easier.
We were kept informed of the delivery times and even received a telephone call. The guys were very good and professional.
We shall certainly recommend you and have already done so to our neighbours, who went yesterday and ordered a new sofa and chairs from you.

I dislike pushy sales staff, they weren't. They were there when we wanted them but they didn't follow us around.

Salesman appeared knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to warn us against some options to avoid disappointment. This gave us more confidence with our selection.

We were greeted by Denise on entry, she explained all about the sofas and we had a look around. We found it difficult choosing a sofa as they were all so stylish. Eventually we decided , and Denise was there to guide us through , we were so happy we chose scs.
