Lovely sofa very pleased with it

Joe was absolutely fantastic, from showing us which display sofas had some of the fabrics, to helping with ordering and explaining the credit and finance options. No hard sell, no one following us round, just being available to answer questions and provide information.

Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere with no hard sell.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They allowed you to walk around the showroom and were not pushy in making you purchase the furniture. Jo the sale person was very helpful and answered every question we asked.

The two men that delivered the furniture,
Were polite and very professional.

Delivered on time installer efficient and polite furniture put together with on issue, leaving are clean and tidy

excellent customer service

I had a settee delivered to my address which was 4 hrs late from the time I was given . My sister had a chair delivered which was an hour and a half late .
I know they are busy but the most frustrating thing about it is there was no communication to say they would be late . Your just left waiting and waiting . It would have been good if they phoned to say they were going to be so late especially 4 hrs . Not good

The advisor, Kim, was very knowledgeable, professional and took time to allow us to make decisions providing clear advice when necessary. Not pushy and gave us space to make decisions, and not rushing us.

The delivery guys were impeccable and could not fault them at all they kept me in touch where they were an how long they would be to deliver my sofa. But unfortunately the sofa was scratched and the 1 leg on the chaise lounge would not screw in and the delivery guy said he would report this and someone would contact me. So was looking forward to seeing my new sofa but the above has unfortunately spoiled my experience of having a new sofa .

Richard from cardiff is a great sales man & very honest.. nothing was to much trouble ..
He went through all the sizes .. prices .. colours.. insurance if needed... & all the different extras we could have if we wanted.. very smart team .. lovley & clean shop great variety 👌

The moment we entered the Cardiff Gate store Anthony eas imformative and extremely helpful. I knew we would be leaving with a sofa on order. Excellent service and looking forward to receiving our beautiful sofa.

So far my experience has been very good Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. Hopefully we will receive or oder on time which should be in four months.
