Simon and Huw, the delivery team were great, gave us a heads up when they were due to arrive and worked really hard to get the sofa through a narrow space- thank you!

The lads kept us informed regarding their arrival and duly arrived on time. They were very helpful throughout and even gave us some Italian aggregate!! The cat appreciated having a fuss made of her.

Update on review given on 14th February after our visit. We purchased there and then an ex display and told it would be delivered on 28th February, we opted for a delivery courier recommended by sales assistant. Come Friday we had received no communication what so ever from anybody, not SCS or the delivery company, impossible to get through to SCS either via email, telephone or their website.
In state of panic we had been ripped off having given them our money I remembered they said the courier name was Flymove. With this in mind I decided to google Flymove Couriers one came up in Gloucestershire I had nothing to loose and rang them to enquire if they did deliveries for SCS in Cheltenham, the reply was yes we did several yesterday (Friday 28th) when we were supposed to have our.
Flymove were very helpful they said who did you speak to send me your order number and address we can deliver today. Eventually we did receive our furniture on Saturday early evening.
Thank you Flymove for a great service, but SCS well your follow up information what happened? where is customer service?
When would we have received our furniture, if we did not know or remember the name of the courier. I guess we would have made another trip into Cheltenham to the store and find out.

From walking in the door to leaving whole experience great. Staff very helpful and friendly explaing everything whilst not being over powering and leaving us to wander round in our time.

My delivery of my sofa bed was on time, careful treatment of my item and they did everything to follow where I wanted my delivery to be.

Absolutely dreadful customer service unless you want to wait 128 minutes on the phone to pay for your goods. No way of contacting the store to ask/change about delivery options. Will wait in anticipation for the e-mail to be able to pay unless we drive into Cheltenham to the store.

Helpful assistance but unfortunately we did not receive the email promised, following placing our order. We were very concerned and disappointed that we were then unable to contact the shop directly and had to journey in to speak to staff. We are hopeful that all will go according to plan, without a hitch.,

Salesman Oliver was informative, knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us options on payment , colours and controls on settee and chairs. Would give a 5 star rating but will wait until delivery ( will it be on date given ). Felt delivery charge was high , as given custom and paid cash , shall expect a great service for the price

Friendly sales people, Dean mainly dealt with us and very good but others were involved, did not push, made us feel relaxed. Let us use a tape measure. We purchased 2 x 2 seater sofa’s.

The furniture and delivery was fine. However, with your phone system it was not possible to phone the store to get a phone number for the delivery company. Also we were not told that the delivery company would require payment in cash. We were not given a contact for this delivery company and they don’t have a website or any way of contacting them until they phonedus30 minutes before delivery. A most unsatisfactory experience

Ollie was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgable on the products he was selling, honest and helpful!
He was very friendly and lots of jokes to keep us entertained during our visit!

We looked at many but found the perfect sofas in SCS. Oliver was super friendly and after greeting us initially, we were able to browse at our leisure then he was super helpful, answered any questions we had and made the whole experience so much easier! 😊

Was seen straight away from Dean and was not over forced on the optional extras. The order was relatively quick to do.

After much browsing we found the ideal sofa and chair. We needed more information and was advised by Ollie who made us not feel relaxed and in no way pressured into a sale. Oliver greeted us on arrival and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Actually I was! I wanted a reclining chair but not a reclining sofa, but they needed to match. Ollie was very friendly and knowledgeable, helping with measuring and offering advice. I chose the Flo in oyster and very much looking forward to my delivery. Thank you Ollie.

From selecting my sofas to delivery and set up has been excellent. I was a little concerned when the online delivery tracker wasn’t loading and I found a FB customer complaints page but I had great communication from Liam and then SCS to say when my delivery would happen. Plus texts and emails to confirm times right down to the last 1hr. Aaron & Shaun were very considerate of my property and delivered and installed my sofas perfectly!! I can thoroughly recommend them.

Good experience in store, however arranging delivery was problematic. We had 2 missed calls and when returning the calls were warned of a 2 1/2 hour wait for the 1st call, and a 7 hour wait for the 2nd! So on both occasions we drove to the store to sort. Once delivery was finally arranged we were advised of a time slot 10-2, we cleared out and disposed of our furnature the night before, then at 1:30on the delivery day we had a phonecall to say driver had called in sick and delivery would not be made until the following week!! They did manage to reschedule for the same week, but it still meant a days annual leave wasted, (which would not have been the case if we'd notified earlier!) and 3 days without any furnature which was very stressful. When it did turn up on the 2nd attempt, it was on time and Charlie & Nicky did a good job. We are pleased with the furnature.
