As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Craig, very friendly and helpful. We explained what we were after and he pointed us in the right direction. Having spent ages looking round other retailers, we found what we wanted in a very short time. Deposit paid and ordered there and then. Weren't felt under any pressure to buy. 5* service provided.

The delivery drivers Simon and chris did a solid job. Main store told them ground floor even though I said 2nd but they got it done quick.

last shop of the day, so glad we went
We had been to several stores looking for a sofabed. ScS was our last call for the day. The store is clean and well set out. The staff were very helpful without being pushy. We were shown around the store (Tollgate Colchester) by Paul who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

From start to completion, excellent service, Sofa is a dream, so very happy, colour choice and comfort, fits beautifully into our room. Would recommend anytime, so glad we visited SCS. Delivery guys Stewart and Reece very caring, and more than punctual timing perfect, Thank you to them both.

Excellent. I had Stewart and Reece deliver my suite they were very polite and they were very careful in my home. They fitted my recliners and made sure they worked. They also took all the packing away.

Great service, highly recommend
Visited SCS in Stanway, Colchester on 4 Aug and was greeted by the very helpful Lee to select a sofa and some other living room furniture. Service was top notch, super helpful, I got some great ex-display items at fab prices and delivery was arranged there and then. Items were delivered quickly and arrived as arranged on 10 August (as they were ex-display), I was kept updated throughout the day with emails / texts and a timeslot with ability to track the journey of my items. The delivery guys Jakob and Stuart were really great too, very professional, were on time and delivered and unpacked the items carefully. Overall a very very good customer experience, a house now feels like a home so thank you to the team at SCS in Colchester 🥰
