Delivery men were so polite, so careful with getting the sofas in and were very efficient in unpacking the furniture, taking all the packing away and just really nice representatives of Poltronsofa

I recently purchased a new sofa and wish to express my complete satisfaction with the service provided. We were assisted by Russ B., whose standard of customer care was exemplary throughout the entire process.

He demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and was consistently courteous, professional, and approachable. All aspects were explained clearly and thoroughly, ensuring we felt informed and at ease at every stage. We ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa and the 3 seater wouldn't fit through the door, which the salesman when he sold it to us assured us it would, so they took it back and we exchanged it for another 2 seater and they had the audacity to charge us an EXTRA £250 !!!! for the 2 seater which is cheaper
than the 3 seater which we'd paid for and they had to take back, through no fault of our own !!!!

I'm absolutely fuming with the way we've been treated and the amount of money you've taken from us !!!!!

I'm still waiting to hear when I'm going to be receiving the replacement 2 seater !!!!

To be honest, we only went in to browse to kill a bit of time. However, the sofas were lovely and I fell in love with one within the first 3 minutes being there.

The staff weren’t pushy like you get in some places, he told us what we needed to know then let us go around without pushing us to buy.

After a quick look around I came across the Belford 3 Corner with media unit that blew the other one out the water!

We came back the following day and bought it!!

Really pleased with the quality and the service and can’t wait to receive our new sofa.

A 'Ciao' on arrival was different! The staff were helpful but not pushy & didn't follow us around like we'd had in another store. Tom was extremely helpful when we needed to know measurements, he knew them all without looking! With his expert knowledge he helped us place our order.
