The first contact with Johnny at SCS Cribbs Causeway was very good ,knowledgeable and friendly.
The two delivery guys were careful, quick and efficient.One pointed out that a glider was missing from one foot of our 3 seater sofa and put a temporary one on .
He said we should expect a call within 48 hrs about a replacement.To date no such call has been made and no glider in place ,hence one star deducted .

Team were absolutely brilliant. Helped with my pricing query, and went above and beyond. 5* recommended, can’t wait for our new sofas, in our new home!

Ordering fine with the right delivery dates. Staff friendly in the store, but felt I was lied to. Was assured that a sofa ordered would fit in any house as long as it doesn’t have to go in a lift, I specifically asked when buying. Unfortunately when the delivery driver turned up he stray away said “it’s not fitting through that door” we return 9 out of 10 of these with the same issue!! £100 later and a window out we finally got it in the house. Just be aware, when they are selling then everything fine, just triple check on delivery.

Avoid SCS Cribbs Causeway at all costs! Staff simply can NOT order sofas correctly!!! We not once said which way round the corner sofa as we was unsure how they are ordered in. So we took pictures of our living room and explained to them face to face how the corner sofa needed to be! We even sat down on the sofa corner in the showroom and explained it needed to be like this. We must have said it needed to be built this way at least 10 times! We even said to the delivery team that they was wrong on arrival! What an absolute shambles now we are stuck with a sofa that isn’t what we wanted!!

Please please take your custom to another one of there stores or better off go else where so you can avoid THEM ordering the wrong sofas!!

If SCS reply to this review ignore there typical response we have already dealt with there head office and got nowhere because of the incompetence of this store!!!

The store was laid out very well, also smelt amazing in there. The staff were very professional and full of knowledge . We dealt with Lowin and she was so very nice and extremely helpful.
Would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family

Always a lovely showroom to visit with a wide variety of sofas and more. Good quality Italian design furniture and a vast selection of beautiful fabrics.

The best thing about ScS these days is that their staff are so helpful and knowledgeable- essential when overloaded with choice.

Thank you yet again Emily for your advice. ScS is now my go-to place for excellent quality furniture and great service.

We popped into scs as we had already falling in love with a sofa at another sofa company. However Jack in scs bristol was a absolute joy so we ended up buying 2 sofas from him.

Wow what an amazing experience we had today with Sophie. As soon as i heard she had degree in interior design she was the perfect person to help us out with our difficult sitting room layout and put our dream sofa in our new house. What a little star you have on your team she definitely stood out to us that day not pushy just more of a friend helping us out.

ScS service has been impeccable from start to finish. In store service was low key with no pressure on us.
We were kept up to date on delivery & delivery arrived on time stated. Dave & Scott were courteous & tidy in the delivery & placing of our furniture. All wrappings were taken away for disposal.

Initial sales was good. Not pushy and felt we had enough time and space to make decisions. Few hiccups with organising the delivery but by and large good. Delivery was excellent, easy to track delivery, phoned in good time, delivered efficiently and very friendly. Highly recommended. Now to sit down and review the sofa :)

ScS: Service comes Second

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jack at Cribbs Causeway who was professional, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. He knew how to put us at ease and hit the home rum.

Sadly things went downwards after that, we had to chase our order as the expected date of delivery kept on changing. The order was placed back in April and it was August when we finally received it. (We were away towards the end of July as the ETA was first week in July originally when we placed the order.

The two lads who delivered our order were brilliant. Sadly the delay in receiving the sofa spoilt the experience however we would still like to recognise Jack for his contributions as he definitely knew his stuff

PS: We were compensated for the inconvenience caused by giving us the money for transportation of the said sofa. This had to be followed through with the store as we didn't get the call as promised and to add insult to the damage we had to chase the payment which will be done in 14days.

Delivered on date specified when ordered. Kept informed. Could follow truck on day. Arrived on time. Team were polite, professional and very efficient.

Great service, good value, all-round a good company

Poor communication with regards to delivery, couch doesn't fit through standard UK door. This should have been stated at time of purchase but was ensures by the sales woman that it wouldn't be an issue. Additional cost needed for apolster to take it apart and re assemble. Incorrect delivery report provided as proof of delivery. Said report that was provided was not given to me for signature. Said report bares a false signature. Would strongly not recommend this service.

Great delivery no problems and very helpful friendly service

Good communication the day before delivery & early phone call 50 minutes before delivery on the day. Rich and Dean (delivery delivers) were professional unpacking the sofa and putting it together. Would definitely recommend SCS

I bought a sofa from SCS in Cribbs Causeway Bristol and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The young woman who took my order (Emily) was so patient whilst helping me to choose but she understood exactly the type of sofa I wanted. She was really good with me because I can be fussy but I'm so happy with my purchase (Gretna 2-seater recliner). The delivery was simple enough and now I have my sofa - I love it! It's definitly the most comfortable sofa I've ever owned :-)
