Ian was very helpful, knowledgeable. Buying a new suite a pleasant experience.

We are first time buyers and had looked everywhere for our dream sofa. When we viewed poltron’a sofa we were greeted by Ian who was beyond helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying straight away. When we returned again to purchase our sofa Ian had remembered us and gave us the best advice for our sofa. He made the process so much easier whilst make it an enjoyable experience with his charismatic personality. Would recommend going to see Ian to anyone who is searching for there dream sofa.

First of all I would like to praise the two delivery men who were very professional and careful with the delivery, and first impressions the two sofas seem good quality,and when I pointed a mark in the leather they took a photo as proof and reported it.

We love our new sofas. Great fabric and colour. We felt informed at every step in the process. Delivery was 4 weeks earlier than quoted. Communication about delivery was excellent and the lads that delivered them were polite, professional and efficient.

The salesman who helped us was Ian and I can honestly say what a wonderful,informative guy he was he helped enormously in guiding me to what my needs were. He was warm friendly and made our visit a joy.
