You buy from SCS you will regret it mark my words! Their incompetent staff will screw up your order, fail to follow their own procedures so you have no chance of finding out about it and then they will gas light you into believing it’s your own fault why you’ve ended up with the product in the wrong colour and fabric. If they get it wrong, be prepared for the fight of your life. Their reply to this review just says it all really doesn’t it.

Update, they have agreed to reorder in the correct specification. All this nastiness could have been avoided sooner. I can’t just post the bad stuff so fair play to them for doing the right thing👏

The sofa was delivered in good shape and the men who delivered it were courteous and polite I couldn’t see anything wrong.

Dean dealt with our purchase with friendliness and efficiency. I just wish organisations would stop using outdated address data bases as I had to ring the store when I got home and read my online order confirmation which had missed out a vital part of our address and put us in the wrong county. Thus my sofa would probably have gone to the wrong address. Having said that, the sofa we purchased was just what we were looking for

Terrible was made the wrong way to what i orderd and the puffie was damaged will never order from scs ever again im still waiting for customer care to ring me to sort this out

The furniture was delivered almost to the minute of when the delivery crew informed us it would be yesterday and they were proficient at putting it together and in place.

My only complaint so far is the armchair on one side is creaking....otherwise my husband and I are happy with the sofa and armchair.

I'm sure Poltronesofa will rectify this matter so not unduly worried.

I was very impressed from the minute I walked in the shop. Beverley greeted me warmly and asked very sensible, pertinent questions to help narrow down the products which would meet my needs.

My husbsnd was allowed to take his time trying a riser reclining chair and realised he was more suited to a reclining chair. We were so impressed when we bought our chair that we returned a week later to buy a matching sofa

Very friendly and informative staff not pushy with sale. The young man walked round with me measuring the size on the ones I liked as I needed exact measurements for my sofas.

To say I was dreading delivery of my reclining chair was an understatement after reading the reviews, but thought their must be happy customers too, well I am one of them, delivery was earlier than expected by approx 3 weeks, delivered by 2 great guys and really pleased with my chair so far, colour and material are as ordered. The staff in the shop were great, delivery great but they have delivered 2 different colour sofas. No apologise from the store when I called to explain asked to send in photos to customer care. Still waiting for a response lets see what happens
