We went in and met with Wayne at the Grimsby store and we already knew what we wanted, and he took us straight to an on-show sofa similar to what we wanted. His responses were very quick and before we knew it, we were buying ourselves a brand new sofa!

Wayne was excellent, well-mannered and very helpful, and he explained a lot of the processes that will happen whilst we wait for our sofa; and what we needed to do to secure it. Wayne was very friendly, and over an hour had flown by as he walked us through the process of getting the sofa! We would highly recommend ScS!

Great service today. Kept well informed from the day before of estimated time of delivery and on the morning of delivery a more precise delivery slot was provided plus a courtesy phone call advising exactly how far away they were.
The guys were professional, courteous & respectful of my property. They ensured everything was set up correctly, placed where I wanted and that all rubbish was removed. I was very happy with the delivery.

Martin helped up choose our new sofa yesterday. We were shown a few different options and we then went away and had a think before coming back to order. He was very patient when we were choosing the colours too. We can't wait to take delivery of it! Thank you for your help.

After looking round a few local sofa retailer we decided to go back to SCS due to their vast selection of quality sofas.
On entering the store Denise greeted us with a smile and as if we needed any help. She left us to have a look around on our own so we could make a short list of the sofas we liked. She checked on us regularly and waited while we finally got it down to 2 choices. She gave us lots of information about both sofas which helped us make our finally decision. She was extremely patient with me while I decided on my fabric, constantly helping me throughout.
SCS are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful staff member. Many thanks again.

Just purchased our sofa, Sam was extremely helpful and patient, I couldn’t decide between 2 sofas so he arranged for the chair to be brought down and sit it at the side of my other choice, made it so much easier for me to choose. Thanks Sam for making our visit stress free

Yesterday I went to SCS in Grimsby. I walked in and asked if the recliners were in one area. I was informed they were fitted about the store. A salesman, Wayne asked if I would like any help to which I said I would. Wayne kindly showed me what recliners were available, he showed me fabrics and colours they my were available in which was over 190, goodness certainly spoiled for choice. Wayne went round the shop twice with me as I took my time to be definite in my choice. I felt at ease, not rushed or pressured which was perfect. The sale was made, finance sorted, all very professional but friendly so as to feel at ease. Thank you, your customer service skills were/are bang on the money as the saying goes.

Shaneen was very patient, gave lots of information and was very accommodating . She was very easy to communicate with and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the produce fabrics etc . No sure about the apron uniform lol

The lady in SCS grimsby was amazing and so helpful when we were choosing our products and she was not pushy at all giving us time to actually look at things first and when we had worked out what we wanted she went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted, including the bespoke cushion.

The delivery drivers were also amazing, friendly, got the sofa and chairs in no issues and done with a smile even though it was a 5 am start for them.. In fact how the drivers were I can't complement them enough an absolute credit to the company, there was one negative.. I was told when purchasing I would be called to arrange a delivery slot that suited everyone, the Web page showed an estimated date of delivery, then the day before the estimated delivery I get a text saying it will be delivered 2nd August between 7 and 12, could have caused issues as I have engagement Saturday mornings at 10 am, thankfully they delivered at 8 so no issues, but it could cause problems with some esp when we are told we will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot

We were kept very well informed when our furniture was due in the warehouse and ready for delivery.
Got a delivery slot the day before it was due then today confirmed with a 1 hour time,
Guys who delivered the furniture unpacked it on the driveway and brought it straight into the house all in all 15 minutes maximum
