Great experience from start to finish

The store was beautifully laid out, and we was made welcomed as soon as we walked in. There was a wide range of sofas and chairs .The young man Conlan who assisted us was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly and concisely. He was happy to answer any questions that we had. 5 star service

Visited your Mansfield branch and was greeted by all the staff and dealt with Chris. It was such a pleasurable experience, he gave us amazing advice and wasn’t pushy. He let us walk round at our leisure but kept checking in on us, we tried all the sofa ranges that would work for us and came back to the first one we saw. He helped us with the colour choices and put large swatches on the sofa so we could in-vision our sofa and we picked the perfect colour for us. Chris went through all the extra cover insurance etc and combinations, again no pressure. His colleague helped us with the measurements as well. Ordered our super comfortable sofa for our family of six, can’t wait to receive it! Wonderful experience and your staff are a credit to the store. 10/10!

From sales to delivery and set up a truely first rate service. Great communication throughout and regular updates on delivery day. Good slot for delivery so didn’t have to stay in all day waiting. Delivery and set up guys were quietly efficient and carefully set everything up in exactly the right places in the room. Highly recommend.

The two delivery drivers were extremely friendly and polite, we had a new carpet fitted and they took there footwear off when bringing the sofa into the front room to build the sofa up which was very respectful

We had our sofa delivered at approximately 7am which was great. The two lads who delivered it were excellent. Very cheerful and very professional and very efficient. They ensured all packaging was removed, the sofa was in good condition before leaving, 10 out of 10 for them. The sofa is very comfortable and easy to use. And looks great.
