Top quality leather reclining sofa
Bought a beautiful leather reclining sofa back at the end of October and it arrived today. Apart from the long wait for delivery we have only positive feedback to give. The quality is amazing and is solidly built. We were kept well informed of its delivery progress and it was delivered by two very professional delivery men Charlie and Huw. It took them no time at all to set the sofa up and all packaging was taken away. They made it look so easy.

Storm Darragh delivery with a Smile
I was fully expecting my delivery to be delayed due to storm Darragh. The delivery drivers Charlie and David were working through the horrible stormy weather. They were amazing and very quick with the set up. I couldn't fault them in any way and I sent them off back into the storm with hot coffee ☕️

Great delivery experience.
After buying our sofas we were a little unsure when we were going to receive them. The tracking service didn’t work, live chat didn’t work and there was a long wait on phone lines. After sending an email, I received confirmation that delivery would be today. Everything went well after that. We had another confirmation email the night before and this morning. The driver then called to say he was on his way, can’t fault it. There was even a van tracker to see its location. The delivery men, Russell and Simon pulled out all the stops to ensure they got it all in through the doorway as it was very tight! Packaging taken away, and they ensured everything was ok before leaving. Top blokes. Very happy with our delivery!

Delivery of heavy reclining sofas
The delivery men Russell and Simon were on time, very helpful and polite. They unpacked the sofa and took away the packaging and made sure I was happy with the product before they left.

Don't try to contact SCS there's nobody home
I have tried to phone. Waiting time 100 minutes estimated, no tracking or live chat and delivery date still unknown. Emails not replied to, do I need to go on?
This isn't the stores fault they were given a delivery date that they and we believed.

Where is my sofa!? Ordered our sofa ex display on the 29th…
Ordered our sofa ex display on the 29th of October. Told it would be 2-3 weeks. Nothing yet, been trying to contact someone and it’s literally impossible. Wasn’t even sent an order confirmation. Please can someone contact me as I’m getting very worried given all the comments on social media about not having any contact for months. I need to change my delivery address and want to know that it will be delivered asap and before Christmas!

Bought a sofa from Newport store
Bought a sofa from Newport store. Vicky the sale person was very helpful and kept us up to date with delivery date. On day of delivery Dai & Scott the delivery drivers were great unpacked the sofa and placed it where we wanted it I can say it has been a great experience dealing with SCS

If it was possible to select a negative…
If it was possible to select a negative number I would. The service has been abysmal. After a few attempts to have the suite delivered, we had a delivery date. When they arrived they had bought the wrong settee therefore the whole suite was sent back. Yet to have been able to get another date.

My 82 year old parents are waiting for…
My 82 year old parents are waiting for a delivery of a new settee from the Newport store this week. They have paid £750 deposit and are waiting on what to do next to pay the outstanding balance and to confirm the date of delivery- the Newport store is closed down so unable to visit! The Customer Service line has been busy for the last 2 days and all you can do is ask for a call back! And the tracking system online is having ‘technical issues’ My parents are in a panick and upset they have lost their £750! Terrible service - update - today is the day before due delivery tomorrow 30 th Nov- and we’ve just been told sofa is not coming tomorrow and they don’t have a new delivery date !!!!

So Happy with the service after waiting 5 months for my sofa on the day of arrival the boys Russel and Simon were amazing they phoned as they were arriving and I could track them. The guys were friendly and put my sofa in the place I wanted, I was extremely happy with the service

5☆ 's to the delivery team from Bridgend depot, Dai & Scott (BDW-073-759). I was notified the day before that I would be the 1st delivery of day......v useful to know as they came at 6:45 am when it was still dark! Actually appreciated the phone call on route that got me out if bed! Team v efficient & polite & sofa installed in no time at all.
However, 3☆ for quality of sofa though. Have an SCS sofa from 9 yrs ago, still going well. However, the size, seat cushion thickness and comfort of their sofas today definitely seem to have declined quality wise.
