Nice young men delivered my chair quick and easy , one brought chair round to patio doors put on floor then another came and helped take plastic covering off picked it all up , pushed chair into space job done !

Delivery was on time, installation was carried out out very efficiently by Billy & Marcus excellent service all round.

Ellie staff member said good morning when we walked in,which was nice to know we had been seen. Was given time to look round with being hounded. Ellie helped us so much ti get the sofa's that was best for us. As we have moved in to a smaller place. Thank you Ellie.
We haven't received our sofa's yet, delivery is in July as we are renovating so I will up-date about delivery when we receive our sofa's. UPDATE On this we have since been in touch to in them we want to CANCEL ORDER due to sofa's not going to fit. We was informed that there is a NO CANCELLATION POLICY!!!!! So beware of this.

After what has actually been an awful experience- I have to say that the two man delivery/removal team were excellent- courteous- careful of damage to the house and very polite and professional

Basically the sales person Favour listened to what we needed was totally aware of what would suit with a fountain of helpful pleasant knowledge…. A delight to be served by him
We only came to view and start to get ideas but came away with exactly what we wanted .

We found the lady who dealt with us was very friendly and attentive.

Everything was explained regarding delivery and payment very well
Also the showroom has a wonderful fragrance and reminded us of a top class hotel

We delt with the manager of the store, and he went out of his way to find us exactly what we needed for the space we had.
Verry happy with our experience

We were supported by Favor in the store. He was excellent, allowed us to take our time and listened to what we wanted. If anyone is unsure what they want, I would recommend Favor as a support. We are really happy with our sofa.

Brought a sofa, was delivery in horrendous state, leather marked very badly on nearly every corner of sofa and arm chair, and not marked as though it can be fixed the actually leather has been damaged, also fabric has multiple dirt marks, very visible is serval places.
Nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone as SCS has the same number for all stores, customer service was also not very helpful, sofa got delivered 22nd March and said someone will come out to look at the damaged sofa end of April! We reported the damaged sofa soon as it arrived and it’ll take this long to come out to look at it! Absolutely ridiculous, excited to have a brand new sofa and it’s damaged badly! At this point I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company as it has been nothing but hassle, bad service and not looking very promising as this point

I am currently awaiting an email confirmation regarding my change of order which I’ve made. I made the change to my order within the 5 days as requested by Tom the sales person but no email has been sent regarding the change to confirm.

I enjoyed my visit to ScS Norwich. I already knew what I wanted & the assistant was very helpful. The proof of the pudding will be when I get my sofa on time & in perfect condition but thinking about my experience of ordering it I have to say that I enjoyed it very much.

We purchased a suite we have got to wait but really liked the suite staff were very good and thanks for a good service let’s hope it turns up when said.

First experience was visiting Norwich store. Got a quote for two sofas. Decided that evening to go with the quote. Realised the details on the quote were wrong. Wanted a standard back and was quoted for scatter back. Waited a week and decided to order online. This was great as sofas now £400 cheaper plus free delivery! Never got my confirmation call, so I chased them up. Of course some details incorrect. Web page stated foam included. Sales rep said no it’s not. Anyway we got around this and then heard absolutely nothing. Finally get delivery date over a month later than stated. 5 emails, social media contact, website query form, calls to customer support - no one answered. Found random email addresses for employees off Facebook. Get a response on Friday. Confirmed refund and should get email confirming. No email and no refund. Will be contacting my bank if my money is not back in my account this week!
