Do not use this company they will not send you the goods you paid for ,im still waiting for the elite care kit i paid for that has been in the post for the last 2 months , are they bringing it by horse and cart from china, lying untrustworthy company

Just had our new corner suite installed by Michael & Glynn in YK23HZJ they're customer service was Amazing '10 out 10' Absolutely Superb !!! , Suite looks amazing & was fitted efficiently & Professionally by both guys , definitely recommend SCS

I wouldn’t normally leave bad reviews and I don’t feel this review is completely bad. I must say first of all the sofa quality is amazing and much better than previous sofas we have bought from DFS. The reason for 3 stars is mainly down to delivery prior to buying the sofa we measured everything from sofa to our door frame. The sofa arrived on the day of delivery and was 3 hours later than provided and we was told that this wouldn’t go through the door frame and we had two options put this through the window which we wasn’t prepared to do in the day leaving us to find someone who can do this or send it back and book at a later day. My husband knew when the sofa arrived that his would go through the door as we had already measured this. The drivers said this is something they can’t do leaving us with the sofa in the front garden. I must say we did say to leave in the garden as we was confident this could be put through the door. We than called my father and my partner and him managed to out through the door with minimal effort. As I said above the sofa quality is very good and one of the best but wouldn’t recommend the delivery of this product.

The sofa would not fit through the door they told me to phone a glazer to take the window out which i did and they was coming out to fit it through the window , so they covered it up with some sheets i had and they said should we take it round the back i said no leave it there if its going through the window, and they left when the glazer came and measured it he said it wont fit through the window , so i had to go to scs to tell them its in the garden because i cant get it in , but they wont take it back because i have already paid for it , and also because i said leave it there meaning dont take it round the back because it was going through the front window the option i was given was to phone K&R to have them come round to take it apart and put it back together at a cost of £200 , i asked if no one can take it back i was told no because i told them to leave it there, so now it in the back garden till weds under a tarpolian cover to try and keep it dry , ive signed the form saying its been delivered because i thought it was going through the window. I have also now noticed i received a care kit on the form i signed which i didnt receive

Excellent customer service and experience with Bev at the oldham branch. Went above and beyond to make sure sofa was everything we wanted.

Abdul and Cathy were so friendly and helpful, 100% would recommend.

The delivery went smoothly, I had texts and emails informing me of delivery date and time. The gentleman who where delivering the furniture where polite and very efficient.

Service and adequate and Honest information about what I was choosing was the first step. I had a very bitter experience with another sofa company that was Scaring me to believe it's not going to end well.
But the Lady managers @Oldham branch gave me the confidence and staff are very polite and respectful and helpful.

Delivery was excellent, regular updates on the day re delivery time.
Drivers were friendly and professional and very quick but still made sure I had all the information I may need.

We walked around and all the sofas looked huge! In the end we were going to give up when we saw a nice one- we knew our space was 200cms and it was the right length , so we ordered it thinking most doors were over 2 mtrs. The sofa was due 30th dec, but didn’t arrive, the phone number was redirected and call backs were hours later and eventually it was reset to Friday 2nd Jan , They got it in the hall and our inner doorway was 196cms! The sides were so bulky there was no turning it. We tried to contact the store and were redirected again so decided to go into the store to try and get a refund, as they had our sofa and our money- no joy, the manager said he had no autonomy to give refunds and phoned hours later to say the “director “ had refused a refund, but didn’t offer any other remedy. We don’t know what to do now £800 out of pocket and they just stonewalled us.

Garry from the Elk Mill branch made the whole process fun and easy and answered all our questions . Wasn’t at all pushy and let us take our time . Excellent service .

From ordering to delivery the service has been exceptional! The delivery men were excellent- efficient and very pleasant! Really pleased with my 2 new sofas!

Not happy was expecting my sofas to be delivered received a call 3 hours before we are only getting 4 cushions delivered. It’s a joke as we are without sofas to sit on for a whole month now. We still don’t have a date when they will be delivered . Worst service ever

Took a long time from ordering to delivery but happy with the delivery service and the new settee.

Service and staff in store at Oldham was fantastic but the delivery people you used caused damage to my brand new sofa and this lets the name of the company down. When you pay nearly £ 3000 you do not expect it to turn up hanging out of the back of a box van

Garry, you’re amazing. You could sell out of date bread (and yet you wouldn’t because you honestly care about your customers).
You brought our attention to a sofa that was well below our price range and yet fit our bill perfectly. You were so attentive without being pushy. We are forever going to buy our sofas from SCS. Honestly, hire more Garrys.
