Not pushed to buy. We knew what we wanted and they just guided us through the choice of fabric and the purchase. Really chatty staff and personable .

Choice of sofas,different colours and fabrics excellent.
Chloe who we dealt with in store was very friendly,polite and informative.
The only downside for us is that your company doesn’t have the inclusion of an option to remove the old sofas.
(The store was at Drakehouse retail park.Sheffield South Yorkshire.)

Two fantastic hardworking lads, Ray and Joe? Set up the sofa efficiently. They used a rug to prevent scratches . They were polite, quick and helpful. They phoned me before they arrived.

Kane welcomed us into the Sheffield Drakehouse store and explained what the tabs represented, he then let us look around and shop as we weren't even sure we were there to buy.
We spotted a lovely sofa in exactly the colour we wanted and Kane spotted us and showed us all around it.
We decided to buy and Kane then took us through the process nice and easily.
Really happy with the process, Kane was great and the store was a lovely temperature during this heat.

Ryan at Crystal Peaks Sheffield store was absolutely brilliant, He gave us time to look Wasnt pushy like some staff can be , he answered all our questions and explained how all the mechanisms worked, He explained how services were offered eg cleaning and servicing , did a mock order with us to see how long delivery was ( wanted it to fit in with school holidays)
Took time to talk us though different options .
Great service so far will highly recommend

What a great store, the sofas were amazing and so was the customer service, there was no pressure to sell and good advise was given from the staff member ( sorry can't remember his name but he was from the Rotherham store and had been there since the store opened there.)
We had a great time and decided on a sofa which we thought would work best for us. Can't wait for it to be delivered😃

This was my second visit to the store at Crystal Peaks. I returned as the team were professional and assisted me with a query that another branch could not resolve. So I promised that if I was going to purchase anything again I would only buy from this branch which I did. I would highly recommend them

Going into the shop to try out the sofa was a good idea. The Cossina is a wonderful sofa and we signed up on the spot.

But then we had issues with the finance agreement so after a few days of stress, we decided to go in again and pay off the sofa in full. V12 finance were then contacted by the shop to cancel the finance agreement.

All we do now is wait for delivery.

October seems so far away but patience is a virtue so they say. It'll be worth it in the end and if they can deliver before then, so be it.

The store are very helpful and understanding.

Well first of all no issues with the delivery and the 2 delivery men they were great ( although maybe a little miserable and didnt seem happy they had to bring them upto a 1st floor flat ) But what i am not happy about at all is the fact the sofas were not the in the colour on the order sheet and the colour i ordered.

We are delighted with our choice of suite. It’s comfortable and the features especially the heated backs the lumbar support and movable head rests make this a really good choice. Every part is good quality leather, and the colour is great and matches perfectly.
The guys who delivered the suit were great, the heat that day was dreadful but they worked tirelessly and assembled the furniture quickly. It arrived in boxes, each piece packed separately it was heavy and I’ve never had a suite delivered in pieces before, the quality of the furniture is outstanding. The comfort level, the look of the suite all are beyond our expectations. The guys did a superb job and removed all waste and explained how the buttons on the side of each piece worked. There is also a guide to the controls supplied with each piece. We bought a 3 seater, a 2 seater and an arm chair. From the help in store from Dan helped us in choosing our suite, until the delivery everything was superb. I hope it lives up to expectations.

I was greeted/assisted by Chloe at your Crystal Peaks Sheffield store. Your was very comfortable, well laid out and all sofas had clear labelling as to price, availability, finance etc. Chloe explained each sofa design came in a large range of figurations and choices of materials. After answering a couple of questions she left us to explore. A little later she came to see if we had seen anything we liked; which we had. After answering multiple questions we had we signed the appropriate paperwork along with another chap who assisted on the computer. In a nutshell, great showroom; knowledgable no pressure pleasant staff; fab selection of competitive priced sofas.

The sofa did arrive on the day, however the sofa was ripped (this was addressed by the delivery guys) yet now I have to chase up getting this rectified even though the driver has took photographs and reported the damage on his mobile phone.
Be nice if this company actually contacted myself and made this experience much more pleasant than myself receiving damaged goods, yet now I have to jump through hoops to get this dealt with, not a great start at all… let’s see how they deal with this problem…

I have now heard from this so called third party company who say they can repair the rip and for them to order a replacement carcass cover will take 12 weeks, so now I have to put up with 3 months of this and then however long it takes for them to come out and carry out the repair, so from ordering my £1200 sofa, I had to wait 3 months for delivery and now this, so it will be over 6 months until I have an acceptable sofa.
Dreadful service by this company who sound like they are caring and want the best for the customer, we I disagree and won’t be using them again or advising anyone else to either…
