Mark and Simon were amazing kept us informed by text and phone and sent tracker. They we're professional and friendly. They put sofas where we wonted them and took all rubbish away. They could not have done anything better. They are a credit to ur company.

Having been to the Fenton store and followed around the store by staff pestering us we decided to go to Stafford what a difference, we were greeted by Carole asked if we required any help just ask , when we found what we wanted Carole was very good with her advice helping us choose our sofa in a relaxed atmosphere no pushy sales , very helpful

We went looking for a new sofa and was greeted by Carole at the Stafford Store who was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. She asked us if we were looking at anything in particular, we said we were not sure until we had a browse around the store, she then said if we needed any assistance to let her know and she didn’t pressure us and let us get on with looking, we then decided to ask for her help as we had two different sofas in mind and she gave us her advice as to what suited our needs. We finally came to a decision and Carole was very professional in her manner and dealt with our order, she was very clear about delivery dates to suit us. Carole is certainly a credit to SCS, very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to have her deal with our order, we would certainly deal with her again in the future.

Tony and Ang were simply brilliant. We knew we needed a new sofa but really didn't know which style we should choose to suit our specific requirements. We were instantly welcomed and put at ease the moment we walked through the door. Tony encouraged us to take all the time in the world and to try EVERY sofa. Tony's knowledge was immeasurable regarding available products/styles and also why certain designs would be more situated to our requirements and why others may not be. There was absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever to make any decisions .... just plenty of encouragement to try as many different sofas as possible, to ask as many questions as possible and to take us much time as we needed. Ang brought us hot drinks as we relaxed and discussed (once again) all aspects of everything with her too. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We were reassured by all the answers to our queries and nothing made us question their integrity. There was absolutely no pressure selling at all and their information and knowledge definitely helped us to reach a conclusive decision that we were more than happy with.

Sofa bought from Stafford branch and delivered by Steve and Josh. They went out of their way to get the sofa in the house as entrance to my house is awkward to say the least.

Went into scs today was served by the lovely Carole as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Carole with her lovely smile I was looking for a sofa bed Carole showed me the sofa beds in store I chose one Carole was very helpful very friendly very good customer service

We visited the store on several occasions, to ensure measurements and colours, and each time we went in, we were given high class service, without being hounded. There were knowledgeable, patient staff who helped us with decisions of combination choices, which was appreciated.
