No complaints at all from us.
Ordered our sofas instore at Stevenage with advice from Kobby. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available - we had quite a specific wish list! Our sofas were delivered in the timescale given. Simon and Alex, our delivery guys, were very kind and (thankfully) strong as the sofas had to come in via the side access and patio doors. The sofas themselves are very different to the ones we had previously and will take a bit of getting used to, but I don't regret the purchase at all. Sending thanks to everyone at SCS.

The salesman Kobby was excellent and…
The salesman Kobby was excellent and answered every question that we fired at him, we would recommend a visit to the store in Stevenage.
We tried a few others but was pounced on as soon as we walked in.
We were left to view at our own leisure and the service we received was great.

Kobby completed my order on the day In Stevenage, he was very, very good and answered all my questions I had Amy was also very helpful with knowledge before hand of purchasing really really happy with the information given I’m really really happy with the fact that I got finance and looks like a very speedy delivery so I am very happy

Great service
Me and my wife went to SCS Stevenage to buy our new sofa. Unsure of what we actually wanted we were advised by Amy who steered us in the right direction. She was great from start to finish, as were SCS.

The guy ordered the wrong colour sofa
The guy ordered the wrong colour sofa. We ordered a 4 seater and a three seater and he did one light grey and one black. Causing me lots of phone calls and emails to correct order.

Great product range and helpful staff
Abz and Kobby were very helpful and friendly. Enthusiastic, relaxed and knowledgeable yet also not pressuring or overwhelming. We bought two SISI sofa beds they helped us with every aspect of our purchase and ensured the product dimensions were correct.

Easy process, helpful staff.
Ashley helped us, he asked what we were looking for, let us go roam, then emailed us a quote of our favourite sofa. We went back the next day and he put the order through, very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional service and assistance
I visited the Stevenage store on several occasions over the past 2 weeks as I was undecided between several power recliner sofas and corner unit options.
All the staff were friendly and approachable, and there was no pressure or feeling of being rushed at any time during my visits.
I dealt with a lovely lady called Bianca. She was friendly, polite, helpful and very patient. After much deliberation I finally made my choice and placed my order.
I fully appreciated Bianca’s time and assistance during my visits to the store. She is a real credit to SCS and they are fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated representative. I will certainly recommend the SCS Stevenage store to family and friends. Thank you to all at the Stevenage store.

Big store with lots of choices
Big store with lots of choices. A brief hello from Daniela our sales assistant and we were left to muse around the store un hurried. We found exactly what we were looking for.Daniela a very polite and knowledgeable assistant sat and explained the obligatory paperwork and within an hour of being in the store we had everything sorted and now waiting delivery. 👍🏻

Great Service
Went into the Stevenage branch today Monday 19th August to look for a new sofa . Daniela approached us to see if there was anything she could do for us. We stated we needed a sofa which we loved but needed it to be customised to fit our space in our living room which was done also needed our old sofa taken away which was also organised . We were so delighted with Daniela’s customer service so professional and the transaction smooth was there less than 20 minutes and walked away with a new sofa delivery would totally recommend going to see Daniela at SCS Stevenage .
