Really pleased with my sofa. Good style choices and extensive colour options. Great customer service from the manager in store at Fenton to the delivery drivers who were very polite and respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend

The assistant was very friendly upon entering the store, and, she was extremely helpful too. Told me everything I needed to know to help find my perfect sofa.. which I did. Only downside is the delivery waiting time, BUT, if you want something decent and not just knocked up thenI suppose you have to wait ☺️

From ordering the sofas to the delivery has been great. The day of my delivery was perfect, I received a call in the morning with an update, tracking was good. The delivery men were very polite and professional. No mess. I am very pleased with my sofas and the service from start to finish.

Was kept upto date with expected delivery time. The delivery team of Andrew and George were both very professional and friendly. Took great care in assembling the two sofa. Then took photos of them installed with my permission.

We needed a sofa quickly as my wife is starting chemotherapy Natalie took us to sofas in the store which we could have without waiting. She was so professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was amazing and would recommend that everybody should have the same experience as we have had . From buying the furniture to the delivery driver installation it went seamlessly, couldn't of asked for anything better.
