Having ordered in store 5 weeks ago, we had good, clear communication both in scheduling and on the day from the drivers. They were fast, professional, friendly and courteous. Excellent pair of chaps!

Settees arrived on time and now look fantastic in the living room

Pav and Arek were very charming men and speedily dealt with this morning's delivery of our 2 seater sofa and chair. They took all the wrappings back in the van and left our premises tidy.

Delivery guys were excellent, 5 stars, sofa's better than expected, although it took so long to get them forgot what we ordered!
The biggest problem with dealing with ScS is communication, you cannot phone your store, head office line never get through and if you email the CEO no reply or even acknowledgement! We order in January, salesman estimated six week, if fact it took 10 weeks plus 29 days, i.e. one day after the Terms and Conditions allow. In store experience was better at Furniture Village.

The delivery crew were polite quick and efficient.

Suite developed faults within the 1 year warranty but after nearly 4 weeks trying it has been impossible to make any contact with customer services to arrange repair. I will have to make a trip to the store to speak to a manager in person. Not what I expect after spending so much on this furniture.
Edit 17.4.2025. Another 10 days passed and after an initial contact from SCS media support team following my review I still have had nothing from customer services regarding my repairs. They still have not even aknowledged my emails despite having had the same information twice. Very poor service from such a large company. Seems in my case once money has changed hands there is no need to follow up problems.

When I bought the item, I found the staff in the shop to be patient and professional, and confident with any questions I had.

The delivery time was fine, and I was kept updated as the delivery date neared.

On the day of delivery, the service was flawless. Regular updates, and a friendly call from the delivery team as they set off to my address. They worked hard and were totally efficient in placing and assembling my furniture. Really valued this service!

Very polite, they even helped get the front door put on because of the fit. They took all the rubbish away after unpacking and assembling the sofa. They also kept us up to date with times of arrival and had real time tracking info

Customer experience in store : - No pressure from the sales team - just helpful information to enable us to make an informed choice .
Delivery time was 3 months which we were made aware of at time of order.

Delivery date was our choice and we were well informed about the confirmed date and time by txt message and email .
On the day of delivery we received both Txt and email with time window for delivery and also received phone calls from the team delivering.
On arrival - which was earlier than the time expected - Pav and Arek were friendly and informative - protected the carpets in the property with a thick covering and outside they used cardboard to prevent the mud from outside coming in - they explained how the items joined together and ensured we knew how to connect the electrical source to the sofa and showed us how to work the sofa - moved it into position.

Pav and Arek delivered our sofa today and they were exceptional! Not only was it a very heavy sofa and storage but they took the time to ensure they could get it where we wanted it and they made sure it was fine after taking out of the wrapping. They took the time to call us when on the way and have approximate time of when they'd arrive. Great service!

Amazing delivery crew, Very courteous and helpful, and from then on, it went down hill.
Wrong bolts packed in Italy, went to the local SCS, again very helpful, so I trotted off to B&Q for the correct bolts. Plus side, the sofa is very very nice, so it’s a win for me. Thank you SCS, PS, 120 minute wait for customer service number??????????????????

I'm very pleased with both dealing with ScS and both the delivery drivers Pav and Arek. They were both friendly and good, and did a great job. All rubbish was taken away with them. Recommend to deal with this company.
