A very good variety of sofas, excellent choice of leather and materials. Very helpfull and knowledgeable staf.

Just one improvement to recommend:-
It would be better if samples/swatches of leather and materials were available to use to research carpets and flooring to match colours.

My Husband and I went to team valley store to chose a three Piece Nicky and Kat were so helpful professional friendly to us made me a coffee and Husband water had.picked a lovely three piece The Adstock Leather Nicky and Kat were so good helped me with everything.
I will go back to this store again in the future plenty of choices and different colour's

Elderly parents paid 3,750 cash for sofa 18 months ago, one seat on sofa has lost its colour, went back into shop to speak to them and basically told we don't stock it now.

Good customer service and communication regarding delivery time. The delivery went smoothly by two polite delivery guys! Couldn’t ask for more.

From the moment I walked in the store, the whole experience was top notch. David was informative, professional and made the whole experience very relaxed and friendly. Communication was clear on all channels - the sale & documents, emails & phonecalls to update on delivery times and then the delivery guys themselves were brilliant (Paul and Stephen). They communicated timings well, were friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very happy with the customer service received and would recommend to friends & family. Also in love with my new settee so that's a bonus 😍

I was kept up to date on the delivery which I really liked . On the day I was also kept up to date & was easy to track . The delivery drivers were very quick , efficient, friendly ans informative .

Friendly staff in the Gateshead Retail Park store. Lots of choice of sofas and thankfully high back that I was looking for. Was informed it would be 3months before delivery and it was only a week out so that’s great.

I was kept informed of the date of delivery from a few days before right up to the sofas being delivered and set up.

Communication about delivery time was spot on. Jake and Steven were very helpful and very efficient. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with SCS. They have kept me informed every step of the way.
Stephanie at SCS, Team Valley was also a great help. She was very efficient and patient.

They got 1 star which they dont deserve any. Im disgusted with this company SCS. Please save your well earned money and go somewhere else. Our corner suite is made very badly not enough filling baggy leather ripples. After 4wks old. And your suites are made in China Which I think is false advertising when it says Italian leather. We've been told by there technician it's fine and it's due to sitting on it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Thankyou for getting back to us. Regardless of your inspection the furniture is not fit for purpose. We have booked an independent inspection ourselves.If this cannot be rectified by yourselves under rule 75 of the consumer act we will be taken this further. As you now own the company Elmera that carried out the inspection,that cannot be considered as independent technician?

After poor service from SCS, since my order was placed, it was a refreshing change to have the delivery people in my home. The delivery crew were really pleasant and efficient.
I will however be in touch ( or attempt try to get in touch) as I think there is a fault

Purchased a recliner arm chair. Sales staff at Team Valley Retail World were extremely helpful. Kat was friendly and professional and really delivered fantastic customer service. Staff from shop floor to manager all very polite, professional and helpful.
Delivered 3 piece suit for free 2 weeks earlier than initial 3 week delivery date. (store was in midst of refurbishment closure during delivery)
Decided to write review after testing suit and it's recliner functions over last 5 months.
Highly recommend this store.

NEVER BUY FROM SCS AGAIN.

We had several attempts to contact them regarding a simple delivery query and got no response. No one ever answered. When we finally did they didn't allow me to speak unless it was the purchasing person - even though it was a question and not a change. They provided an email and we emailed with no response until the latest on Friday with a passive aggressive response (i.e. get it delivered on this day or not until next year - which wasn't what I asked).

When the delivery drivers came (we paid for installation, up a flight of stairs, etc. - all noted in the order), they were moaning about the sales people at SCS. Once up, they had muddy shoes and refused to take shoes off for H&S reasons, which is fine, but had no shoe coverings like the other major installers tend to do (Sky, BT, etc.). They stamped all over the carpet ruining it. At this stage they threatened to take the items back, which my wife said go on then (she was alone when they arrived). They started smirking and acted condescending, before my wife kicked them out -both delivery people were standing there being intimidating and smirking. The item was left unbuilt and the carpet muddy. Shocking experience. This is our first and last purchase from SCS. Irrelevant if they use external companies or not - it's on SCS

Edit in response to SCS reply - the contact form simply doesn't work. Pictures get added (6) and it asks for more. Not good enough.

Great service, friendly drivers, very quick at assembling the sofas, took all the packaging away.
