Excellent Customer service, very knowledgeable and allowed us to make our own decisions without being pushy. So glad we picked the store to purchase our sofa.

The first delivery date got cancelled, I then waited weeks for the next date, the 2 men arrived and could not get it in my house, I got another date the next week and the same men turned up and couldn’t get it in my house again, then another week different men arrived and got my sofa in, I had to take 4 holidays off work to be in for the delivery. I got charged for gliders that never got delivered, I got charged for the warranty that I didn’t want, I’m still waiting for these to be refunded, I wish I had went to a different and bought my sofa

Great service by Jason, gave us lots of time to decide and helped us narrow down options. Never felt rushed or pressured.
From entering the department store to meeting the assistant ROB to selecting my new sofa it was very relaxing we were offered a cold drink which was much appreciated a very nice experience.

Unfortunately I had to go back as I wanted occasional chair in same fabric however after that gets delivered I would not use this company again.

Charles was very welcoming when I entered the store He was very helpful and explained all the options available to suit my needs in terms of Fabrics Style, and Sizes that would best suit my room size and accommodate my pet I am very happy with my choice of suite

Was very disappointed as an item was added to my order without my permission or consultation by James. Have requested a refund so waiting to see when that is received

Met as we entered by Andrew who assisted us throughout our visit, he even brought a sofa in the material we wanted from another area of the store over to the sofa we wanted to give us a better idea of how it would look
Had good experience in the store but everything went downhill upon attempted delivery. 4 delivery attempts, 1 cancelled on the day where I had to hire a glazer to remove tge window to get the last piece delivered, was told I would be refunded for that cost but as yet still have not been. In total took 2 months to recieve the final entire sofa from first attempted delivery costing me 3 days from work, not even half days as the delivery schedule was little more than vague guidance and the tracking service a joke. James at the store was good at keeping us informed and trying to organise delivery, but tgat was tge only positive part of the experience.

Wee had a great experience with Charles, staff member.with his knowledge of the company. There was know pressure to buy but he convinced us that Poltronesofas are professonaly made with high quality materials .
