Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Our Wood Fibre Boards are made from natural wood fibres, so they can show knife marks with use, similar to traditional wooden boards. However, this should not affect their durability or functionality.
Depending on your benchtop, the non-porous surface designed for hygiene may feel a little more slippery than other boards, but placing a tea towel or paper towel underneath should help keep it stable.

Products not fit to use

I purchased a number of wategos containers which are advertised for pantry storage. Unfortunately they are not fit for purpose and I have found ants and pantry moths inside the containers. I contacted customer support and waited 6 weeks for them to tell me they weren’t going to offer any sort of remedy which is pretty disappointing

As shared by some members of our community, it can help to place dry goods in the freezer for 24–48 hours before transferring them into pantry containers, as this may help eliminate any moth or ant eggs that could be present.

Great experience and product!

I ordered from Seed & Sprout and honestly had nothing but great costumer service when I emailed.
Very prompt professional responses.
The delivery was fast and with constant updates.
And finally my daughter’s present, the lunch box is amazing!
We actually really like it.
The quality is great, easy to use which is also great when she is only 5 almost 6. And let me add I love the compartments and little Tupperware!
I truly recommend this brand.
I am surprised with the negative reviews which did make me nervous when I read it after I had already placed my order.
Hopefully, with my review I can put others at ease.

They gave me a fake post tracking number for an $180 order that I never received back in June 2025….8 months later from their AI costumer service…

Awesome products (up to my 4th order)…

Awesome products (up to my 4th order) and slowly doing my whole kitchen. Chopping boards are so durable and go straight in my dishwasher. Glass containers are fantastic and all the silicone kitchen accessories are really high quality. Great brand and find.

Good products, delivery charge is a rip off

Top quality products, however shipping is extremely high ($20) and you need to spend over $200 for free delivery. When you’ve bought a small compost bin from them and a replacement filter is $13 and you get hit with a $20 delivery charge (which takes 4-6 days to dispatch!) it makes you have buyer regret. A real shame they’ve made purchasing their products so prohibitive, they state plasticless delivery, however other stores manage to do this for much less than $20 and far quicker.

Sceptical of this brand

Purchased the chopping board trio and after a couple of uses the boards started to scratch. The board is also very slippery and feels like you are chopping on glass, quite dangerous! Others have complained about the same issues. I left a review on their website but it has been removed. I’m a bit sceptical of the 5 star reviews that they have. I don’t think they are legitimate reviews.

Our boards are made primarily from wood fibre and are designed to combine the natural characteristics of wood with a lightweight design for everyday kitchen use. As with traditional wooden boards, cut and knife marks can appear with use, and this is a normal characteristic of the material. They also feature a non porous surface for hygiene purposes.
Depending on the type of benchtop, some users may find the boards can move slightly, and placing a tea towel underneath can help provide additional grip and stability during use.

Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service. I ordered 2 weeks ago as a Christmas gift and they have been messing me around ever since. Mine days ago they advised that my order was being prioritised and tonight they advise that it hasn’t yet been shipped. I now have to go shopping on Christmas Eve. I would never order from this company again.

I recieved my pantry containers, they were full of grime, I had ordered the white lids & they were clearly full of grease from who knows where, When I emailed them with photos showing the grime even after I tired scrubbing it off they said please try with soapy water & asked to close the ticket. Never again.

They don't last, poor product

I bought their unbaking paper last year. After a few months of use, the silicone started to tear, and even though I washed it after each use, stains started to build up and I couldn't wash them off. It also started to make food taste a bit unpleasant. These started off well, but they do not last meaning they are a poor product and not value for money. I tried to leave a review on their website a while ago, but they never published it which indicates that their reviews are all bias and they clearly only publish the good ones. Disappointing.

Poor customer service.

Ordered sunset colour but got forest instead. The colour displayed incorrectly in my order. I contacted them immediately. Then they sent the product 1 month later with no response. A week after receiving product I get a response. Poor customer service be careful. Good products but if something goes wrong with them I wouldn’t trust them to care.

I bought the Unbaking paper

I bought the Unbaking paper, it is a fabulous product. I would highly recommend. I made some biscuits and they easily came off and so easy to clean. It will certainly save me buying more baking paper and it is better for the environment.

Great service

Purchased a variety of goods. Received within 1 week. Thanking you.
Have previously purchased face wash and exultant soaps. So soft and gentle.
Hair Shampoo and conditioner cakes and the perfume such a clean smell.
This time the hair brush,very gentle to use.
Silicone Baking sheets and lip balm etc.

Great first experience

I pre-ordered an item and it took a while before it was shipped out. However, when the items became available, Seed & Sprout shipped it immediately and it arrived within 2 days without any excess wasteful packaging. Their items are beautiful and I love shopping here. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful.
