Dit bedrijf geeft geen enkele reactie op e-mails of vragen. Ik heb een maand geleden een e-mail gestuurd of ik een onderdeel los wil bestellen en ze reageren er na meerdere malen niet op. Geen enkele reactie krijg je van ze terwijl de switchen gewoon los te bestellen zijn. Senic is het slechte bedrijf wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. De klanten zijn totaal niet belangrijk voor ze en service hoef je ook niet te verwachten. 1 ster is al te veel.

Enkele functies van de schakelaars werken niet zoals beschreven op de website. Ik heb geprobeerd Senic te contacteren voor hulp. Ik heb hun contactformulier ingevuld maar geen reactie gekregen. Daarna heb ik ze nog 2 keer gemaild en meerdere keren gebeld. Er komt geen reactie en ze nemen de telefoon niet op. Dramatische klantgerichtheid en klantenservice. Dit is echt heel teleurstellend. I begrijp niet hoe een bedrijf zo slecht met klanten kan omgaan.

I would like to endorse this company because I think it has an unjustifiably and frighteningly low rating. This low rating does not correspond to reality - but only 3 people commented and 2 of them were angry. I have to say for myself that the demands are getting higher and higher and people do not respect occasional mistakes or imperfections. At the same time, the Senic support is one of the best that I have contacted in the last year. And believe me, I contact different companies and their support several times a month. I sent a non-standard inquiry and they were very willing to send me a replacement part that is not normally offered and cannot be found anywhere. One would think that it is at the end, but they simply helped even if they didn't have to. Do you really think that this is how a bad company values ​​its customers??!

Do not order from them. I ordered 20 July 2022 and still haven't gotten the product (today is 23 Aug 2022) after emailing and calling the company several times. I can only deduce they don't exist anymore or have no customer support. Either outcome is bad.

Really nice products, gives me the feel of a normal switch with the functionality of a smart switch which is exactly what I wanted.
Staff are very responsive to questions and in assisting how this all fits together, which is the bit I struggled with, I wanted the 2 switch set up as per the marketing images and had to go to Gira (Senics partner company for these switches) and find a UK distributor for the back plates - these were not cheap but really finish off the look.
These aren't really designed for the UK market but there are work arounds as it doesn't need to be wired in.
Overall - Really happy!!
