Serious is the third subscription toilet paper I've tried and, for me, it's the best. Extremely fast delivery, decent quality paper on long rolls. I especially like that it arrives in a cardboard box without any extra packaging, no individually wrapped rolls wasting paper or plastics. I'm very happy with product and the service

I've been using Serious Tissues for years now and recently had an issue with delivery - not their fault, but just missed delivery times with Royal Mail - and the item ended up going back to Serious Tissues. I reached out and the prompt and personal response made resolving the issue so easy. An excellent reflection of an excellent company with excellent products and ethos. Love, love, love. Subscribing is such an easy way to do a small thing that hopefully does some good in the world.

Serious Tissues contact desk solved my problem - the fact that I accidentally ended up with two accounts and parallel deliveries from inaccessible accounts on the strength of one email from me while away on holiday. Great service.

Arrived within the timeframe suggested by company. Product appears to be as described and although feels a little thin for 3ply it has performed quite adequately so far and we haven't had to 'double up' when using, unlike one of it's competitors that friends use.

I placed an order on 2 July. The company says it's been shipped, but I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking order and had to message them to get it. The website says they use DPD overnight delivery, but the tracking number they gave me is for Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking says they still have not received the package. When I try to get help, they just tell me to be patient.

Update: They said to wait until Jul 14 so they could open an investigation with Royal Mail. By Jul 14, the order had still not arrived. I emailed to inform them and received no response.

I have a subscription. I updated my new address. My new address showed as my address in my account. The next order was sent to the old address. I queried this and they said it wasn't updated their end. I sent screenshots of my account showing my new address. They asked me to collect my order from my old address which I could not do. They didn't respond to my emails and ignored me. I am £40 out of pocket now. Awful customer service.

The main thing is the toilet paper is of good quality - strong, thick and soft. It’s great that it is manufactured in the UK of recycled paper and it hasn’t had to travel from China. The packaging is the bare minimum - toilet rolls in a plain cardboard box. The service is excellent. It is very easy to adjust when your subscription will arrive and they respond promptly and helpfully if you unexpectedly need an extra delivery.

Serious toilet rolls are now a few grammes lighter. They looked slightly smaller. As usual - shrinkflation!

It was great but they tend to deliver when we aren’t there!

Very fast delivery. Well informed prior to delivery and placed where we wanted them in porch.

"All parcels are sent via DPD tracked Next Day Service." Ordered a couple of days ago and still not dispatched. Why should I trust the claims about your eco-credentials when you can't even keep your delivery promise?

Just received my first order - it's really high quality loo paper, and very soft! I will try and convert my daughter who uses the bamboo stuff which is horrible - thin and hard. She's trying to do her bit, but I think yours is so much better and NOT coming all the way from China.

The toilet paper is great. The delivery is always spot on.
And it's doing out bit for the environment.
