I paid for VPS 117.30 dollars for to…

I paid for VPS 117.30 dollars for to host game servers and discord bots via docker. Then i wanted to cancel it and purchased GPU for to start AI business they said i violated TOS. They terminated my account. I will be taking them to court and lawsuit about major damages. I am aiming to sue for 150k for wasting my time and defamation about me breaking the TOS. Funny thing this was streamed in front of my 1.5 million views on Twitch. are they running 7/11 now?

scam alert

I recently bought a Windows server from them for a full month. I used it for barely two hours — and then, out of nowhere, they banned me. No warning, no reason, no explanation.

They just took my money and banned me.
And of course, their support is completely silent. No response, no help, just ignorance.

This is a blatant scam. I’ve been around long enough to know when something shady is going on — and this is it.

Avoid them at all costs. Don’t let these scammers steal your money like they did mine.

In my opinion not professional enough and Risky

Looking for a new company after getting ready to leave my current company that now has too many bad actor clients that I've been with since 2016(company before that I was with since 2002), and while researching found this company but thier contact form doesn't work. Their website claims you can get in contact with them 24/7 but it's wayy too hard.

Easily getting in touch with a company is Crucial to any proper business(I've some of the same clients since 1998 and have always been reachable by phone, form and email). Even tho I personally don't like using them, I clicked on the live chat. It opened an excruciatingly small to see text rectangle and I began to type. I informed him that his contact form was broken. He said something about being able to contact them if I registered. Why would I register first if I don't know if they're going to be worth spending my money with? So he can get my address and Spam me? Then, for some reason all of the text became obnoxiously LARGE where I could only see about 3-4 words on the screen at a time, having to scroll back and fourth. The fellow online said they block outgoing mail and they monitor my clients email?, and I didn't get around to asking the remainder of my questions for the guy seemed focused on spam email stuff(proper email functionality is just a small part of my company), he was replying about and so I decided to directly email because that chat is very irritating and since they don't list any other contact access on thier site, using common sense, I directly emailed 1 of the 4 standard email addresses most competent domain admins have configured (support), and received an auto-reply message back that they won't accept mail to the address unless you are a registered user of thiers and so if their login was broken(like thier contact form is), or if a person had Immediate problems and seriously needed support, but then for example, the client couldn't log in to Serveroptima or say like, they forgot their log in credentials, there would be no way for a client to get support because there is no way to contact them out of that chat box thing hours. In the auto reply they have mispelled "recognised". Paying attention to detail is critical in this business!!!

I am the client that I look for when I gain a new client and so that means they lost a possible Perfect Client.

I have been a customer for about a month. They offer the best value for the buck. Fast support response. Fast connections. Highly recommended.

Addendum to review (May, 13,2025) Been two months and service is still great. I was able to reset and reboot my Linux server with no problems. Had multiple support questions, that were answered in a short time.

No quieren a todos los clientes

Parecía que era una empresa buena, las primeras horas me ayudaron mucho con algunos aspectos técnico pero a la mínima que exprimir un poco los servicios, me cancelaron la cuenta, me devolvieron el dinero y no me dejaron volver a usar este proveedor. Quieren clientes que no hagan mucho consumo de sus ordenadores, por eso esos precios tan competitivos.

Truly good and unbeatable price

Truly good and unbeatable price
I have 2 vps windows server 2022 to balance the load which i probably didn't need but for the price why not (4 core and 6 core); you need you own key for windows but they install the "demo" which last few years. they both run great like very well. 4-core host mysql and 3 websites; speed is good, hard to tell. the 6-core host 2 gaming server (srcds) for now, great ping and very smooth.
Few points: the server is in cali and the bandwidth speed is capped to 100mb/s. the hard drive is very slow but the memory (20gb) compensate; you have to optimized mysql to use as much memory as possible since they offer you a lot. I don't think there is any better host.

I subscribed just a few hours ago and was initially concerned about the lack of reviews. However, I'm already impressed! This service offers one of the best value for money in the industry. I rented it to handle resource-intensive tasks, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it runs right from the start. The immediate activation, without having to wait days for manual activation, is a huge plus—everything is fully automated.
