Very good experience from start to finish. The bench arrived just over a week from purchase. There was a minor issue that got sorted out by Linzi extremely quickly and efficiently to both our satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. Great service.

Great customer experience. I bought a sofa online and decided to view 'in the flesh' after ordering. I was not disappointed as it was a quality item. The customer service was excellent as they kept me informed while I was awaiting delivery.
The delivery guys were very sociable and assembled the sofa quickly . Overall the purchase was very straightforward and I would not hesitate to recommend them based on this purchase .

We visited Shackleton’s yesterday, following a lovely lunch there were the staff (as usual) were really nice and helpful we then went onto the shop itself looking at all the lovely outside furniture, we then went outside looking at trees for our back garden, knowing little about trees we looked round to find a staff member on the mobile phone, we just wanted info on the larger trees, did they do delivery’s ect, having waited a couple of minutes I went over and made eye contact with the member of staff to try and get his attention, he took the phone away from his ear and looked at me as if I was disturbing him, I waited another five minutes whilst he continued on his phone before we walked out in disgust, explaining to two other staff members on our way out what had just gone on.
Having purchased lots of things in the past this was the first time we felt let down by a member of staff at Shackletons.

Shakletons staff in store were very helpful with our furniture purchases. We also very much appreciate their attention in dealing with a couple of issues encountered on delivered furniture. Their after sales service has been exceptional! Customer services emailed regular updates on progress, sent technicians out and everything has been resolved. Highly recommend Shakletons!

We bought a Baker synted table online and was delivered within a week. It had few marks on the table, we liaised with Sammy who resolved the issue promptly. Sammy replied to all emails promptly and we are very pleased with our beautiful new table. Rare to see such good customer service these days. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and use shackletons again in future. Thank you.

We always love visiting Shackletons and have just had an order of 12 dinings chairs from them. We paid for the white glove delivery service which was very efficient and we were kept up to date with a very prompt delivery time and date. Unfortunately, two chairs arrived slightly scratched on the legs. Thanks for help from Sammy the matter was resolved in less than a week and a satisfactory outcome for all was achieved. I would definitely order form Shackletons again

I ordered a gluten free prawn sandwich from the cafe, costing £9.00 plus. There was barely any filling, consisting mainly of rose sauce. It came with a dessert spoon of coleslaw and a tiny side salad. The gluten free lemon meringue pie was minuscule. Very disappointing and not value for money.

My arbour arrived following notification and time, and on time too. super craftmenship, and they constructed it as well. Great price . Well done Shackletons , it’s rare to find a company that has such good customer service and great products . Absolutely delighted.

What wonderful assistance I received when I ordered a chair and stool that my previous furniture store failed to supply. I ordered the wrong colour of stool for the matching chair and the company contacted me to ask if this a mistake. It certainly was and they changed the order for me. My order was placed and it came on a pallet delivery the very next day up to Bonnie Scotland . I am so impressed with my dealings with this company that I will be checking out more items in the future that I would normally get from my local furniture store. Did I mention that I also saved over £100.00 although it would have been more if it had been free delivery to Perth.

Ordered some dining furniture the week before Christmas with the thought of no hope getting it in time for Xmas. But NO - they were amazing and managed to secure a delivery for me to Kent before Xmas.
They were very helpful - I guess that’s what comes of ordering from a small supplier rather than a big retailer.
Also the furniture was cheaper than any other place I checked. Packaged v well so no chance of damage.
Very satisfied customer.

We purchased 2 x Ely studio chairs from Shackletons. I had seen them in another store for more money and with a huge 20 week delivery time frame. Shackletons delivered within 5 days and for a much better price! Service was exceptional from beginning to end. There was a slight issue with one of the chairs which was resolved straight away. Lovely, friendly staff - thank you so much!

I ordered an arbour months ago and they held onto it whilst I was having other work completed in my garden.Iwas kept well informed about delivery by a charming man over the phone.I paid for ‘white glove’ delivery (item is delivered and built)and it was so worth it.The two young men that did this couldn’t have been nicer…and they had really difficult access to the rear of my property and a small space to work in!!
All in all..absolutely fantastic service🎉

Looking for a comfortable sofa and asked Paul B for advice with regard to the Hector 2 seat sofa . Paul was very informative and answered all our queries without being pushy and left us to consider our proposed purchase . Delighted to say the sofa was in stock and after ordering with Paul the sofa arrived the following week .Delivery was perfect and we are delighted with the sofa and service .

Great Service, Furniture arrived quickly and all delivered as arranged. Small issue with mark on a chair, customer services resolved and item swapped over.

I purchased an outdoor table in 2019 that had a 5 year warranty. I had a problem with the finish on the table top this year. I mailed customer service on Saturday with all the details and photos. Sammy responded early in the week that she would resolve with the manufacturer. It was quickly agreed that a new table top would be sent to me which arrived on Thursday. All done in 4 working days. Truly an excellent after sales service. Thank you very much Sammy.

We placed an order in store for a new sofa which was on offer. Customer service in the shop was great. We also purchased the insurance cover.
When we were originally contacted with a delivery date, our old sofa hadn’t been taken and wouldn’t be for another week. Not a problem, someone called me later with another date.
Delivery staff were great. Very respectful of the property. One of the drivers pointed out a small bit of damage, where a couple of staples had come loose on the back. He took a picture and raised it for me. I had an email that day advising an external company would be in touch to fix it.
They’ve been out and sorted it. No issues.
I’ve had an email from customer service checking everything has been ok since. Customer service has been great from beginning to end. Couldn’t fault it
