It was my first time visiting
It was my first time visiting, after recommendation from my daughter and granddaughter. I can only say, I wish I had visited many years ago. The service and care were excellent. From reception, right through to dispensing felt personal and tailored to my needs, without rushing me. Everything was explained in layman’s terms which in turn, made for a clear understanding before any purchase was made. Thank you Sheinman opticians. You were second to none. The coffee was great too and a lovely welcoming touch.

Ear wax removal
Today myself and my son had ear wax removal by Beth, I'm not one to leave reviews but feel I had to. Beth was so helpful, professional and caring, with difficult ear canals and not the easiest of removal she was nothing short of excellent. A credit to herself and Sheinman, well 💯 use again.

Staff are very responsive and professional. When having an eye test there is clear instruction and excellent explanations when queries raised. Linda who helps with choice of glasses is very kind and helpful

We had a fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable with our three-year-old, making what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and enjoyable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept our little one engaged, and made them feel completely at ease throughout the eye test. Their kindness and professionalism were outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family with young children. Thank you for such excellent care!
