Reception staff are always pleasant and very helpful and accommodating. The premises are very welcoming and attractively presented. All the staff are very professional . I would not consider letting any other company look after the health of my eyes.

Special experience
It was a special experience was treated like a lady nothing was to much trouble.
I can't remember the lady who look after me but she was fabulous and so was the optician.

The staff were very helpful and gave me prompt attention. The amount of choice of frames was very good. I have been very happy with the new glasses. Staff were very helpful when applying to have my cataract operation with the hospital.
