Full of Malarkey

We had car shield for about a year. When the time came to have repairs done, not only could we NOT find a mechanic that was willing to work with car shield, we ended up paying out of pocket for the repair. About 7 mechanics said that car shield doesn't pay them on time plus they insist on using inferior or used car parts and it takes them weeks to send these parts so they do not favor working with car shield. We paid for the repairs then car shield refused to reimburse us stating that the part was not covered under the contract, so we ended our contract with them. In my humble opinion, car shield is full of Sugar Honey "Ice Tea" (pun intended!!)

Christmas Arrival and Good Customer Service.

Ordered right before Christmas, was expecting it to arrive after and it got here before Christmas! Liked that I received a personal call to let me know it shipped and was going to be on its way. A REAL human and not an automated message or a third party from another country.

Great customer service A+

I reached out by email regarding order and delivery confirmation. No email response, instead I got a call from Don (the owner). He personally called me to confirm my order and thank me for my business. For a Mom and it being week of Christmas, this made my day. We had a great chat and within an hour I had an email confirmation for shipping. It’s this type of personal touch that creates repeat business and word of mouth referrals. I’ve told everyone I spoke to today about my experience, and here I am doing my online review. I cannot wait to get my order. My boys will be so excited. Thank You Don 🙏

Went from confused to reassured

At first I hadn’t received an email confirmation and was unable to get ahold of anyone regarding my order - in the height of the busiest shopping time, the owner, Don, reached out to me personally and assured me my product had been shipped. Not only did I get it before Christmas, I received a bonus product! My review has been changed because of this excellent customer service! Product is exactly as expected!

I have yet to receive my order

I have yet to receive my order, placed on 16Oct. I never received a confirmation email or any emails regarding my order for that matter. The money was withdrawn from my acct. I reach out to the site with no response yet

Ordered on FEB 27, received on MAR 17. It was not what I was expecting. Not much of a case just a husk with no screen protection. I wanted one similiar to what I had for my Iphone 11, that was not available for the 13, for I have been waiting for the new case to arrive to use the 13. Received a flip reply when I inquired of my order within a few days. Been disgusted now
