I congratulate Shield Environmental Solutions for achieving the "WOW Factor"! Professional, Timely, Knowledgeable and Caring!
Ken Bauman and his team were on site within hours after our home encountered a devastating electrical fire. They arrived in uniforms and were polite and respectful during our difficult time. They took pictures and prepared an extensive report and estimate that allowed me to negotiate with my insurance company. Their hard work and attention to details, ultimately allowed my wife and I to save more of our most valuable asset, our home.

Where do i start with this a joke of a so-called professional company? if it could go wrong or they could do it wrong then they would, all the time hiding behind sanctuary housing, who they were contracted to (another law-breaking cowboy outfit/ so-called charity reg housing company) they allow workers to remove and destroy property without customers prior approval or knowledge (theft), workers move asbestos-contaminated items into clean areas then do not remove as supposed to, break customers items and expect to get away with it, work times are a joke regularly turning up late or at dinner time and then leaving early, use the wrong equipment on jobs (industrial only equipment used in a residential property) do not clean up after themselves or job site and leave it with neartly more dust and grit than a beach and leave contaminated items and PPE laid around after the claim to have finished and do not follow specified work orders, their workers clean asbestos-contaminated items in public areas without a care for proper and safe working methods or any member of the public that may walk by and are happy to let their workers make proveable false and malicious accusations against a customer, yet refuse to even make an explanation or apology. What was supposed to be a 2-day job max turned into a 2-week plus nightmare and 4 months later i am still trying to get a large part of their bodge job rectified.(be warned... if as a sanctuary housing tenant you are told these jokers are coming to your house either refuse them or keep them under 24/7 watch as sanctuary are more than happy for them to screw up jobs as they then just screw over tenants). there is so much more I could say about shield environmental services and all of it provable with facts about their shoddy work, disgusting attitude, refusal to even acknowledge a customer when things go wrong and hiding behind sanctuary housing rather than take ownership of their shoddy and sometimes dangerous work practices, fraudulent accusations, wanton damage by their workers and basically theft of customers items while on site. if anyone wishes to know more i am happy to discuss.
