Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous. Package was damaged and items inside were destroyed. Customer service is a joke. 2 months and still no resolution. They lie as well. No help whatsoever jump thru hoops just for them to send my refund to someone else. Don't waste ur time or money

Disreputable Business Practices

Their scan sheet policy was too restrictive for our business. They will not cancel the account, still charge me subscription fees and refuse to address the issue. I'm cancelling my bank card over this.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They lure you in with a super low rate, then quietly charge your saved credit card without clear authorization or notice. It feels deceptive and unfair. Be very cautious if you save your payment info on their portal. I am asking them removing my bank info and customer service (Liang) rejects to do it!

These charges come directly from the carrier and are not initiated by ShipSaving. If you believe the adjustment was made in error, our Claims team would be happy to help you file a dispute. As for removing your saved credit card, we can help you with that. However, please note that all your orders must be marked as delivered, and there should be no outstanding secondary charges on your account before we proceed. This is to prevent any billing issues caused by adjustment fees. Once that is confirmed, we will promptly remove your card.

Started using ShipSaving recently to connect my WIX store. Ran into a bit of issue at the beginning, the store wouldn't sync properly. But their support replied super quick and got it sorted out. After that it's been smooth sailing. The USP discount is crazy low and I love the label-free option since I don't always have a printer at home.

This Platform Locks In Your Payment Info - Beware

You might notice an unexpected additional fee almost three weeks after purchasing their label — of course, without authorization or any explanation.
If you try to dispute the charge, they’ll simply redirect you to the shipping carrier.

There is no option to delete your bank card information from their system — not even through backend operations. Their explanation? Either “the system doesn’t support it” or it’s “for the sake of customer privacy.” What kind of logic is that? If you contact their claim team, this reseller platform will transfer responsibility to the actually shipping carrier. You will end up wasting more time with somewhere else. Remember all the fees are directly charged from this reseller platform. Claim team will not help you. You can request to cancel your account, but even then, there’s no guarantee your payment information will be removed.

This is a serious violation of user privacy and data control. Be very cautious before using their service.

l will never use shipsaving ever again

l will never use shipsaving ever again, compared with Pirateship. Leaving a good and detailed review comparing services and why everyone should stick with Pirateship! I’ve just got charged an extra $125 again. In addition with the $215 and $150 original charge. That’s a total of almost $500. For a couple of shipping labels. Never ever again. I’m going. to be doing a chargeback and disputing these until refunded through the bank. And also blocking the charges.
I’m also leaving a review through the BBB website. Warning of users. I’ve dealt through Pirateship many times their customer service is top notch meanwhile here you will be treated awful and will get charged hundreds of dollars. These charges are inaccurate and meanwhile with Pirateship there is an option to disput them. Here you have no choice! Awful!
Speaking of which I had gotten charged inaccurately at Pirateship, this morning they had refunded me $100! As UPS approved of the disputes and made an error.

Too many “security” features

I go to create an account on my phone. It doesn’t recognize my primary email provider as legit. Great, now I have to use my gmail that I don’t use anymore. Every time I log in I have to get a code from that email even though I never opted into any 2fa. Woohoo. Then I try to add my card. It asks me to “verify”. The button to verify the card is just straight up broken on mobile due to incompetent development, so I refresh the page. Now all the details i entered about the shipping are gone and i have to reenter them. Then I have to log in on my pc since it won’t work, don’t forget i need a verification code! If I was using pirate ship i would’ve had my account created and bought the label in less than 5 minutes. With this, it’s taking forever. The only reason I’m using this over pirate ship is because they have the scannable QR codes.

Ebay sellers beware

This is the second time an Ebayer has sent me something through this service, and it really stinks! The tracking has said it was in Ft Worth as of the 13th ( processing or proscessed). Thats about 20 min from my house. Its the 18th and after hours, still not here 😔.
I've tried to inform folks, but just not every package gets the same attention; so its hard to prove my complaints.
You get what you pay for 😔

I sent a package through UPS and no one…

I sent a package through UPS and no one informed me about the charges for cigars. The package was never delivered to my buddy in the UK and they sent the package back.
Today I received a charge of $379.95 for a package that was never delivered. NO ONE at Ship Savings will help me with this. They keep saying they can't, but they are the ones who took the money out. And they know the package was returned to me, a month ago.
