Unprofessionnal business
I ordered two pair of schoes a few weeks ago and received an email some days later informing me that one pair was out of stock. I interacted with their support to ask to them to still ship the available pair and refund the other one, but no luck so far. Their answers are minimalistic and not customer-oriented at all. I registered on their website, hoping to see the details of my order, and it says that my **paid** order does not exist. Also, I received my clear password back by email after registering, which means they have not encrypted it, as per the industry standards since ~20 years.
