Everyone admires them, they are just superb.

I was very cautious about buying on line from a company I had never heard of especially as I live in a remote area on the West Coast of Wales and they were in Exeter. However after speaking to Colin and later Mike ( members of their staff) I decided to place an order for a Sherborne 3piece suit. Delivery was in about 6 weeks and it all worked like clockwork. I was very satisfied and impressed with the service. After about 12 months I had a problem with the 3 seater sofa and I thought this is where it will all go wrong! (still not sure about buying on line) With one phone call to Colin it was all arranged, the sofa would be collected and returned to Sherbourne and I would be contacted regarding its return. Once again, it all worked like clockwork. I had no reason whatsoever to be concerned about buying on line. The suite is about five years old now and i did have a couple of minor problems but a call to Colin and everything was sorted to my complete satisfaction.
I have never met Colin personally but I can say that the company is very efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone or to use them myself again in the future. I would also like to add that the service provide by Sherbourne has been excellent

Bought a riser/recliner chair for my father and was very impressed with the delivery - on time and free - plus the chair itself was not only just what he wanted but an excellent price.

Order placed on website with no problems, friendly staff who gave me accurate information about the product, price and availability. Arrived on scheduled time. The price was great too. So overall no quibbles.

Catalogue of bedroom furniture would be better with dimentions (hight , depth, length)

After attempting to order on the website which was very easy to follow I had a problem with my credit card. I emailed them late that night and first thing next morning they rung me and sorted it out in a matter of minutes. My order complete and going ahead. Thank you.

Delivery men very helpful

I ordered a red sofa bed which arrived in six weeks as promised. The sofa is of excellent quality and colour just what I was looking for. The men who delivered the sofa took the utmost care to carry the sofa upstairs ensuring no damage to sofa or property.
Overall a brilliant shopping experience and one which I will be recommending to family and friends.

I recently bought a sofabed and bedroom furniture from this company and I was very impressed by all aspects. When I phoned to check on the order I was straight through to a staff member that found my order and dealt with my queries quickly and then when it came to delivery I was telephoned by the delivery company and they turned up and put the stuff in my spare room as i asked. It was all in all a very professional shop to deal with
