Supplements arrived late and most were crumbled into fine powder. Calls to company to complain went un-answered. Will never buy from them again.

Good products at very competitive prices. Customer service is a bit difficult to get hold of, I guess this is how they can have such low prices. However, once I got connected they wasted no time helping me with my payment issue.

I use their Potassium Gluconate. The pills are extremely fragile and after using about half a bottle of 250 I am left with about fifty or so whole pills and a 1/4 of pill dust. Wish they could bind them better or encapsulate.

i ordered two bottles of a supplement. in one bottle half the capsules were stuck together or broken. powder all over the interior. In the second bottle, all the capsules were stuck together. i finally reached customer service, and they were a zero. no refund ( i sent them the purchase receipt with the date), no replacement, no credit, no gift certificate, "we'll get back to you" and 6 mos later they have not. it is impossible to contact them. I agree they are a scam, and Amazon should not carry products from this company.

I bought this brand of Quercetin off amazon and even with placebo it did not work. Idk what they put in there, but definitely NOT quercetin. The bottle i received was also repurposed, and the label printed was using a photo paper that was still sticky. It is 100% a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They also pay people to write good reviews about them.

As other have mentioned, their customer service is atrocious. They sent me the wrong product valued at $15 less than my original order. Their customer service number is just a generic voicemail message. They have no chat function. They do not respond to emails. Essentially, there is no way to communicate with them if there is a problem with your order. Accordingly, you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. It's best to stay away.

The service was prompt, and the product (Brewer's yeast) is exceptional.

gymnema powder, it is total hopelessness and failure. A pity of words.

I'm quite frustrated with my experience with shopbestnaturals. My order took almost two weeks to arrive. Once it did arrive I realized it was incomplete; I only received three of the four items I had purchased (and been charged for). I allowed for a few days to go by, assuming my last product would arrive separately. Nothing did.

I called Customer Service and was greeted with very poor service; my call was obviously taken in a noisy office (the noise consisting of laughter and banter; it was quite obviously NOT other agents helping customers). After being disconnected once, I called back only to be placed on hold for over fifteen minutes (without exaggeration). She returned to tell me she had forgotten I was on the phone. Without the offer of any sort of apology for any of my inconveniences, she assured me "something" would be shipped to me "soon". We'll see.

With plenty of options for purchasing such products, in the future I will be shopping elsewhere.

TERRIBLE customer service. I called them twice a week after placing order and getting NO confirmation/tracking...no communication at all, except for charging my credit card. After 2 weeks, disputed charges, CC refunded my money and is back-charging them.

After you place your order, you will never hear from them again or receive your order or be able to get a refund. They will be emailing you back before you place an order. After they charge you, you will not be able to reach them either by phone, email or chat. You will not be able to receive a refund for the order you never received. The only way to get your money back is to dispute through your credit card company
