Really appalling customer service - do not use this brand.

I made an error at checkout due to autofill (used wrong payment details) and rather than being taken to a confirmation screen, the order went through. There was no option to make changes to the order, so I contacted the customer services team. Within the first 24 hours of my order, I contacted them four times, by email, Instagram, their online form, and via shopify, asking in desperation for them to help me change the order. (I did not want to cancel the order - I just wanted to amend the payment details). At this point, they had not yet dispatched the order, so as per their own rules on their website, it was not too late to make the changes.

Unfortunately, they dispatched the order the next day, having ignored all of my messages, and so they proceeded with the incorrect payment details despite all of my requests to change them. I did not hear from them until a week later, at which point they said it was too late to do anything. But of course, it wouldn't have been too late to do anything if they had responded when I first contacted them, four times within the first 24 hours.

The product has arrived and I am so angry about this that I can't bear to use it. The packaging is a bit shoddy and probably not worth the money. But the customer service has been so appalling that I will never use them again. I warn you away from them, and would recommend blocking them on Instagram so that you don't see their adverts and fall for them as I did.

SCAM DROP SHIP FROM CHINA. They sent me a faulty product and refuses to give me my money back even though I’ve provided videos as they requested.

Avoid this company. I ordered a face wand for £50, during the first 5minutes of use it started smoking and stopped working. I have emailed the company 12 times since then and they are refusing to give me the details to return it.

Luvia brand is a scam! they did not refund me my money back i am addressing my request from nov 6 2025 to return for refund request. I want to return this product and get refunded but they started to offered me partial refunds and try to drag the conversation and now they said they can not issue the return label because of there change of mind !! like even I had to pay for the return processing which was $4.75 and I know that and I am ok to pay for the return processing but they still did not refunded me and steal my money
