Purchased 5lr of mid stone masonry paint was very disappointed with the colour at finish was not the same as the colour showing on paint container, it turned out to be more like a custard colour . Be very careful what is shown on the containers.

I was looking for Sandtex masonry paint in 5l containers and came upon this site by accident. I couldn't believe the price site was so much cheaper than anywhere else. It was delivered in 3 days, well wrapped and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from this seller again. Highly recommended.

Paint has never arrived , no updates from evri since a day after dispatch . Evri fault so suggest you use a different more reliable courier.

Below par. As others have mentioned. Google shopping shows free delivery. You have to provide your email address just to know the actual delivery charges which were quite expensive. And then they send you a mail in capital letters telling you "your paint is NOT on it's way". Actually it is, via a better supplier.

What shocking service, 10 days to receive order, then still incomplete! Very poor communication too.

Delivery was quick.

Placed three orders with this company , first order arrived fine.
Second and third order were dispatched together - one of the paints was damaged and leaking. Customers service offered a measly 10% refund.
I now see from other trust pilot reviews that sending damaged paint seems to be a very common occurrence for this company.
They state they won’t be beaten on price but I would rather have full tubs of paint rather than have them a couple of quid cheaper and leaking.
Personally I wouldnt take the risk with this company again.

Dulux undercoat was a good price for can size.
Well packed.lid of can was taped over several times.can was also inside a plastic bag and had a cardboard outer box.
Would use this company again.

Absolute waste of time put order in never came contacted them said they would sort it they didn't so now asked for my money back and saying take at least a week to refund would stay well clear of this site
