Website Stock not Accurate
Items ordered were in stock on the Shots Box website but they were not actually available but were in transit to their website. Communication was good once I reached out to inquire about the status of my order but website should depict what is actually ready to ship.

I had a Great experience with Shots Box... My order was packaged superbly and my contents (Slimm Chillers) were delicious 🤤. The shipping cost was a little expensive, but other than that, Everything was Great.

Quality products
Great customer service, shipped very quickly, quality products. Bought cocktail kits or gifts and everyone said the recipes were yummy, the vodka smooth. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

Pitiful Customer Service
It started with not being able to get the website to acknowledge my gift card. Then after finally getting that rectified, I placed an order on the same day I placed one with a competitor of yours. I received their merchandise later the same week and had not even gotten a confirmation from shots box. I enquired about my order and was told that due to volume it would not ship until after the holidays (which at that time was a month away. Finally received my order approx 5 weeks after placing the order.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. We did have some delays receiving this inventory in December and sold out fast. We did our best to notify customers of the delays during the holidays as well. I am sorry you were unhappy.

Good selection, Delayed delivery
I appreciate ShotsBox providing a selection of micro-distilleries. I received exactly what I ordered, well packaged. However, it took over a month and I would've like to have received updates as to the progress. I did get a note when the shipper picked it up, but then no word until it arrived. I would use again.

I ordered whiskey from Willie’s Distillery in Montana a week before Christmas and it look a while to get here but I am pleased with what I got! I was nervous the bottle was going to get broken turning shipment but it was packaged very well and protected. This is a legit company and I will be ordering from here again in the future!
